In this paper, after overview of notes and health cares on feeding of horse, was described in two sections in a text format for the introduction of equine diseases. 1. clinical examination and disease diagnosis, 2. disease overview, 3. cardiovascular disease, 4. respiratory disease, 5. digestive disorders, 6. urinary-genital diseases. 7. nervous system disorders, 8. musculoskeletal disease, 9. blood and hematopoietic organ disease, 10. skin diseases, 11. infection, 12. toxicology, 13. ophthalmological diseases.
