The study develops a stakeholder-focused cost-benefit analysis for Khulna City in terms of flooding due to climate change. Adaptation and mitigation projects must take into account stakeholders’ perceptions in order to reduce costs, as many climate events are in the distant future, making it likely that stakeholders will take autonomous adaptation measures. In order to develop a better understanding, the model used two IPCC global climate scenarios.
