Development models of large integrated agro-industrial entities: theory and practice | Модели развития крупных интегрированных агропромышленных образований: теория и практика

Английский. The work purpose was to study the development models of large integrated agro-industrial formations in the Russian economy, as well as to substantiate most effective of them. The scientific novelty of this study is in the author's approach to their development, based on the analysis of established standard development models of these economic entities, the theoretical justification of the most effective development models, as well as the study of practical experience in creating large integrated formations in the Russian agro-industrial sector. The objectives and development models of 5 largest integrated agro-industrial formations in Russia, such as the Miratorg Agro-Industrial Complex, the N.I. Tkachev Agrocomplex JSC, the Prodimex Group of Companies, the Rusagro Group of Companies, and the EkoNiva-APK Agricultural holding, are analyzed. The main goals of development in companies are highlighted, such as technological modernization of production, reduction of import dependence, development of exports of manufactured products. The main development model of large integrated formations is the construction of holding-type organizations. The business model of a large integrated entity of the EkoNiva-APK Agricultural holding is analyzed. The complicated economic and geopolitical conditions, as well as the possibilities of large-scale production, make large organizations the undisputed leaders of the agricultural sector of the Russian economy. The rapid investment return, high production efficiency, possibility of technological modernization and import substitution, as well as the availability of state support allow these structures to enter new horizons of development. Creation of super-large organizations with an area of agricultural land of more than 100 thousand ha is a reality today, and ensuring a high level of digitalization of production and management processes in large integration formations is another competitive advantage which is not available for small and medium-sized business.

Русский. Цель работы - исследование моделей развития крупных интегрированных агропромышленных формирований в российской экономике, а также обоснование наиболее эффективных из них. Научная новизна исследования заключается в авторском подходе к развитию крупных интегрированных агропромышленных образований, на основе анализа сложившихся типовых моделей развития данных хозяйствующих субъектов, теоретическом обосновании наиболее эффективных моделей развития, а также исследования практического опыта создания крупных интегрированных формирований в российском АПК. Проанализированы цели и модели развития пяти крупнейших интегрированных агропромышленных формирований России: АПХ "Мираторг", АО фирма "Агрокомплекс" им. Н.И. Ткачёва, Группа компаний "Продимекс", Группа Компаний "Русагро", Аграрный холдинг "ЭкоНива-АПК". Выделены основные цели развития в компаниях: технологическая модернизация производства, снижение импортозависимости, развитие экспорта производимой продукции. Основной моделью развития крупных интегрированных формирований является построение организаций холдингового типа. Проанализирована бизнес-модель крупного интегрированного образования Аграрного холдинга "ЭкоНива-АПК". Сложные экономические и геополитические условия, а также возможности крупного производства делают крупные организации безусловными лидерами аграрной сферы экономики России. Быстрая отдача вложенных средств, высокая эффективность производства, возможность технологической модернизации и импортозамещения, а также доступность до государственной поддержки позволяют данным структурам выходить на новые горизонты развития. Создание сверхкрупных организаций, имеющих площадь с.-х. угодий более 100 тыс. гектаров, является сегодня реальностью, а обеспечение высокого уровня цифровизации производственных и управленческих процессов в крупных интеграционных формированиях, является еще одним конкурентным преимуществом, которым не обладают малые и средние формы хозяйствования.
