Fixed monoscopic webcams or time-lapse cameras can capture geomorphic processes at high temporal resolu-tion and operate independently in remote areas. In the European Alps, the availability of extensive and diverse datasets from such cameras, spanning a decade or more (KUMMERT, DELALOYE, & BRAILLARD, 2018), make them an ideal and cost-effective tool for studying various geomorphic processes
