Verfügbarkeit von Kupfer in landwirtschaftlich genutzten Böden mit hohen Kupfergehalten | Availability of copper in arable soils with high copper contents

Немецкий. Die Richtlinie des Rates vom 15. Juli 1991 über das Inverkehrbringen von Pflanzenschutzmitteln (91/414/EWG) geht von strengen Zulassungsvoraussetzungen u. a. zum Schutz der Gesundheit von Mensch und Tier und zum Schutz des Naturhaushalts aus. Die dargestellten Untersuchungen verfolgten das Ziel, in wissenschaftlicher Begleitung des Zulassungsverfahrens für ein Cu-haltiges Pflanzenschutzmittel, festzustellen, ob Einträge in landwirtschaftlich genutzte Böden mit hohen Kupfergehalten mit negativen Auswirkungen auf die Cu-Verteilung und -Verlagerung im System Pflanze-Boden verbunden sind. Unter den gewählten „worst case"-Bedingungen waren die Pflanzenschutzmittel (PSM-)Gaben nicht mit negativen Auswirkungen auf die Cu-Verteilung und -Verlagerung im System Pflanze-Boden verbunden, da geogenes Kupfer vorrangig an die organische Substanz des Bodens gebunden und somit nur zu einem sehr geringen Anteil pflanzenverfügbar ist. Die ermittelten Kupfergehalte in den Ernteproben lagen nach Applikation von jährlich 4 kg Cu/ha trotz erhöhter Bodengesamtgehalte im Bereich der Normalgehalte, so dass ein durch hohe Kupfergaben resultierendes Verbraucherrisiko nahezu ausgeschlossen werden kann. Die Beurteilung der Verfügbarkeit des Kupfers für den Wirkungspfad Boden-Grundwasser führte zu dem Ergebnis, dass der nach Bundesbodenschutz-Verordnung (BBodSch V) vorgegebene Prüfwert in keinem Fall überschritten wurde.

EU Council Directive (91/414/EWG) of 15 July 1991 on the placing of plant protection products on the market fixes strict conditions for product authorisation to protect the health of man and animal and the natural balance. The present studies accompanied the procedure of authorisation of a copper-containing plant protection product and aimed to find out whether input of the product in arable soils with high copper contents would have negative effects on the distribution and transfer of copper in the plant-soil system. Application of the product under worst-case conditions was found to have no negative effects on the distribution and transfer of copper in the plant-soil system, because inherent copper is largely bound to the organic soil matter and only a tiny portion is available to plants. The copper contents found in harvest samples after application of 4 kg Cu/ha a year were normal despite increased total copper levels in the soil. This means a risk to consumers resulting from high-rate copper application can virtually be excluded. Assessment of the availability of copper to the soilgroundwater leaching pathway led to the conclusion that the limit value tobe tested accörding to the Federal Regulation on the Protection of the Soil (Bundesbodenschutz-Verordnung - BBodSch V) was not exceeded in any case.
