Results of the assessment of maximum ground pressure levels of the wheel systems of trucks | Результаты оценки уровней максимального давления на почву колесных систем грузовых автомобилей

The purpose of the study is to assess the level of impact on the soil and the possible risks of excessive impact on the soil by the most common types of trucks used to transport crops from the harvester-threshers. It was found that ZIL-MMZ-554, KAMAZ-53205 and KAMAZ-65207 vehicles are the most used in the farms under typical conditions for winter wheat harvesting in the central zone of the Krasnodar Territory. The share of the field area covered by truck tracks was 15.02%, 13 and 15.18%, respectively. After receiving grain from the harvester-thresher (+5.4 t), the front axle wheel pressure exceeded the standard by 27%, and the rear axle wheel pressure by 52%. The share of the field area subjected to excess pressure is 7.5%. The KAMAZ-53205 exerts excess pressure on the soil with its front axle wheels even when unloaded. After receiving grain from two bunkers, the pressure exceeds the standard by 1.74 times. The tracks of these vehicles (13% of the field area) demonstrate that the maximum pressure exceeds the permissible one by 1.38-1.74 times. The KAMAZ-65207 with wide tires is best suited for movement on the stubble. The maximum pressure on the soil of its front wheels exceeded the standard by 1.3 times after receiving grain from the first harvester-thresher and by 1.5 times after receiving grain from the second harvester-thresher. At the same time, the pressure of the rear wheels exceeded the standard by only 1.09 times, the share of the excessively impacted soil in the tracks was 10.1%. The data obtained not only allow us to assess the damage caused to the soil but also serve as a starting point for developing a strategy to reduce the negative impact of the vehicles on the ecosystem of agricultural land, for applying new technologies and practices of using agricultural machinery aimed at reducing the load on the soil and increasing the overall productivity of agricultural crops.

Цель исследования – оценить уровень воздействия на почву и возможные риски переуплотнения почвы наиболее распространенными образцами грузового автотранспорта, используемого на отвозе урожая от зерноуборочных комбайнов. В результате исследований установлено, что наиболее применяемые в хозяйствах автомобили в типичных условиях уборки озимой пшеницы в центральной зоне Краснодарского края – это ЗИЛ-ММЗ-554, КАМАЗ-53205 и КАМАЗ-65207. Доля площади поля, покрытая следами этого грузового транспорта, составила 15,02%, 13 и 15,18% соответственно. После приема зерна от комбайна (+5,4 т) давление колес передней оси превысило норматив на 27%, задней – на 52%. Доля площади поля, подвергнутой сверхнормативному давлению, составляет 7,5%. КАМАЗ-53205 колесами передней оси оказывает сверхнормативное давление на почву даже в незагруженном состоянии. После приема зерна из двух бункеров давление превышает норматив в 1,74 раза. В следах этих автомобилей (13% площади поля) уровень максимального давления превосходит допустимый в 1,38-1,74 раза. Наиболее адаптирован к передвижению по стерне КАМАЗ-65207 с уширенными шинами. Максимальное давление на почву его передних колес превысило норматив в 1,3 раза после приема зерна от первого комбайна и в 1,5 раза – от второго. При этом давление задних колес превысило норматив лишь в 1,09 раза, доля переуплотненной почвы в следах составила 10,1%. Полученные данные позволяют не только оценить ущерб, наносимый почве, но и служить отправной точкой для разработки стратегии по снижению негативного воздействия транспортных средств на экосистему с.-х. угодий, новых технологий и практик в области с.-х. техники, направленных на снижение нагрузки на почву и повышение общей продуктивности с.-х. культур.
