Bal Arıları (Apis mellifera) İçin Yozgat Florasındaki Önemli Bitkiler | Important Plants for Honeybees (Apis mellifera) in the Yozgat Flora

Bu araştırmada, Yozgat ilindeki hayvansal üretimlerden olan arıcılık faaliyetinde önem arz eden nektar ve polen bitkileri hakkında bilgiler sunulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında Yozgat ili civarında ballı bitkilerin belirlenmesi, tanıtılması ve arıcılık açısından floristik zenginliğin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Konuyla ilgili yapılan çalışmaların incelenmesi sonucunda bal arısının (Apis mellifera) faydalanabileceği 45 familyaya ait 531 bitki taksonu belirlenmiş, belirlenen taksonların bilimsel ve Türkçe isimleri, yetişme ortamları ve arılar için önem teşkil eden aktif çiçeklenme zamanları verilmiştir. Belirlenen taksonların familyalara dağılımına göre; en fazla takson içeren ilk üç familya Fabaceae (104 takson), Asteraceae (72 takson) ve Lamiaceae (67 takson)’dir. Ayrıca nektar ve polen kaynağı olarak kullanılabilecek 531 bitki taksonundan 84 adedinin endemik olduğu saptanmıştır.

In this research, the informations was presented about nectar and pollen plants, which are important for beekeeping activities in Yozgat Province. Within the scope of the study, it was aimed to determine and introduce honey plants at Yozgat Province and to reveal the floristic richness for beekeeping. As a result of the examination of the studies conducted on the subject, 531 plant taxa belonging to 45 families that the honeybee (Apis mellifera) can benefit from were determined, and information about the scientific and Turkish names of the plants, their habitats and active flowering periods, which are important for honeybees, were determined and presented in the compliance with the previous studies. According to the distribution of the taxa determined into families; the first three families containing the most taxa were Fabaceae (104 taxa), Asteraceae (72 taxa) and Lamiaceae (67 taxa). Furthermore, 84 of 531 taxa identified as nectar and pollen sources were found to be endemic.
