Efecto de la inoculación de endomicorrizas nativas en chile piquin silvestre bajo diferentes cubiertas fotoselectivas.

"El uso de cubiertas fotoselectivas surgen como propuestas alternativas viables para mejorar el aprovechamiento de la radiación solar. En este estudio se evaluaron seis ecotipos silvestres de chile piquín recolectados en la región Noreste de México (Coahuila, Nuevo León y Zacatecas). El experimento se desarrolló durante dos ciclos agrícolas, verano-otoño en 2016 (articulo) y verano otoño en 2017, para evaluar el efecto de las cubiertas fotoselectivas, se utilizaron malla sombra de color (negro, rojo, azul y blanca), una cubierta de polietileno (tipo invernadero), y como testigo el campo abierto, además durante el segundo ciclo se realizó la aplicación de un conglomerado con hongos micorrízicos arbusculares, obtenidos de la rizosfera de chile piquín silvestre, lo que propició una disminución de fósforo en 25 % en la solución nutritiva. Se midieron variables microclimáticas (temperatura, humedad relativa y radiación fotosintéticamente activa); también variables morfológicas como altura de planta (AP), diámetro de tallo (DT), distancia entre nudos (DEN), número de hojas (NH) y longitud de raíz (LR), se determinó el peso fresco y seco de la parte aérea (PFP) y (PSP), asi como el de peso fresco y seco de raíz (PFR) y (PSR); se determinó el rendimiento (REND) por plantas y sus componentes: número de frutos, (NFPP), diámetro de fruto (DDF) y número de semillas (NS); en variables bioquímicas se cuantificó el contenido de clorofila “a”, “b” y “Total” presente en hojas, mientras que en fruto se determinó el contenido de ácido ascórbico (Vit C), sólidos solubles totales (°Brix) y fenoles totales (FT), asi como el contenido de capsaicina (CAPs) y la unidades escoville (SHU), y para comprobar la sinergia entre el conglomerado y hospedero, se contabilizó el número de esporas (NE) y el porcentaje de colonización en raíz (% COL). El diseño experimental fue un arreglo factorial (6x6), dónde el factor (a) incluye seis ecotipos inoculados y sin inoculo, y las seis cubiertas el factor (b). Se realizó el análisis de varianza y la prueba de comparación de medias de Tukey por el software SAS 9.1. En los resultados se encontró que las cubiertas propiciaron condiciones favorables en los caracteres agronómicos y bioquímicos de los ecotipos, siendo la malla blanca y azul que redujeron la radiación fotosintéticamente activa hasta un 50 %, asi como disminución de la temperatura y humedad relativa. La malla de color blanco obtuvo los mayores resultados en las variables agronómicas, en rendimiento y sus componentes, en el contenido de clorofila “a”, “b” y “total”, asi como en el contenido de ácido ascórbico y fenoles totales, en el contenido de sólidos solubles totales fue estadísticamente similar a los valores obtenidos en la malla roja, para el contenido de capsaicina y unidades escoville, fueron estadísticamente iguales la malla blanca y azul; la mayor colonización y número de esporas se obtuvieron en la malla blanca. Los ecotipos presentaron diferencias significativas entre los inoculados y los que no se inocularon, el ecotipo RTZ presentó los valores mayores en los caracteres agronómicos, así como en mayor peso de biomasa fresca y seca de planta, mientras que en biomasa fresca y seca de raíz resultó ser mejor el ecotipo MZC, el rendimiento se incrementó hasta 1435.32% con el ecotipo RTZ, asi como sus componentes, el contenido de clorofila “a”, “b” y “total” en hojas fue mayor en el mismo ecotipo, el contenido de ácido ascórbico fue mayor en el ecotipo SAC, los sólidos solubles totales no fueron modificados por la inoculación del conglomerado y el ecotipo MZC sin inoculo presentó el mayor resultado, y el contenido de fenoles totales mayor lo presentó el ecotipo SNL. El ecotipo PTZ exhibió 110.56% mayor contenido de capsaicina y mayor valor de unidades escoville. El número de esporas en suelo fue mayor en el ecotipo SNL, mientras que la colonización se incrementó hasta 118.15 % con el ecotipo RTZ. De acuerdo con lo obtenido en los dos factores evaluados y sobresalir en la mayoría de las variables, la malla blanca y el ecotipo RTZ se consideran aptos para llevar a cabo la producción de Capsicum annuum var. Glabriusculum"

"The use of photoselective covers arise as viable alternative proposals to improve the use of solar radiation. In this study, six wild ecotypes of piquin peppers collected in the Northeast region of Mexico (Coahuila, Nuevo León and Zacatecas) were evaluated. The experiment was developed during two agricultural cycles, summer-autumn in 2016 (ANNEXES: article) and summer autumn in 2017, to evaluate the effect of the photoselective covers, color shade mesh (black, red, blue and white) was used, a cover of polyethylene (greenhouse type), and as a control the open field, in addition during the second cycle the application of a conglomerate was made with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, obtained from the rizósfera of wild pepper, which caused a decrease of phosphorus in 25% in the nutrient solution. Microclimatic variables (temperature, relative humidity and photosynthetically active radiation) were measured; morphological variables were also measured: height of plant (AP), stem diameter (DT), distance between nodes (DEN), number of leaves (NH) and root length (LR), the fresh and dry weight of the aerial part (PFP) and (PSP), as well as fresh root and dry weight (PFR) and (PSR); the yield (REND) was determined by plants and their components: number of fruits, (NFPP), diameter of fruit (DDF) and number of seeds (NS); in biochemical variables the content of chlorophyll "a", "b" and "Total" present in leaves was quantified, while in fruit the content of ascorbic acid (Vit C), total soluble solids (° Brix) and total phenols was determined (FT), as well as the content of capsaicin (CAPs) and the escoville units (SHU), and to check the synergy between the conglomerate and host, the number of spores (NE) and the colonization percentage in root (% COL). The experimental design was in factorial arrangement, where the factor (a) was the six ecotypes inoculated and without inoculum, while the factor (b) was the six covers. The analysis of variance and comparison of means of results analyzed are SAS 9.1 software. In the results it was found that the covers propitiated favorable conditions in the agronomic and biochemical characters of the ecotypes, being the white and blue mesh that reduced the photosynthetically active radiation up to 50%, as well as decrease of the temperature and relative humidity. The white mesh was the one that obtained the highest results in the agronomic variables, in yield and its components, in the content of chlorophyll "a", "b" and "total", as well as in the content of ascorbic acid and total phenols , in the content of total soluble solids was statistically similar to the values obtained in the red mesh, in the content of capsaicin and escoville units, the white and blue mesh were statistically equal; the highest colonization and number of spores were obtained in the white mesh. The ecotypes showed significant differences between those inoculated and those that were not inoculated, the ecotype RTZ presented the highest values in the agronomic characters, as well as in greater weight of fresh and dry biomass of plant, while in fresh and dry biomass of root it was found better the ecotype MZC, the yield was increased up to 1435.32% with the ecotype RTZ, as well as its components, the content of chlorophyll "a", "b" and "total" in leaves was higher in the same ecotype, the content of ascorbic acid was higher in the SAC ecotype, the total soluble solids were not modified by inoculation of the conglomerate and the MZC ecotype without inoculum showed the highest result, and the highest total phenolic content was presented by the SNL ecotype. The PTZ ecotype presented the highest capsaicin content and therefore the highest value of escoville units. The number of spores in soil was higher in the SNL ecotype, while colonization increased to 118.15% with the RTZ ecotype. In agreement with the obtained in the two evaluated factors and to excel in the majority of the variables, the white mesh and the ecotype RTZ are considered apt to carry out the production of Capsicum annuum var. Glabriusculum"
