The present work by the Secretariat on harmonization of national food policies and plans is limited to the Niamey-based MULPOC. It is planned to present the document for discussion and consideration of the recommendations contained in it to the next meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Niamey-based MULPOC which is scheduled for the first quarter of 1989.
