1971

In Morocco offers fairly advantageous natural conditions for agricultural development better than those of Algeria, and even more so than those of Tunisia. The green revolution started here in 1968, a year later than in Tunisia: but it seem to be progressing more rapidly, not without some danger. However, the results obtained so far appear to be very encouraging and are to some extent, comparable with those in Tunisia. The social structure of Algeria can be divided at lowest in to 3 categories of farmers. Algeria is at present making a tremendous effort f or industrial development which receives important credit.
