Konzept für ein Monitoring des Zustands und der Entwicklung der Segetalflora in Deutschland | A concept for monitoring the status and development of the segetal flora in Germany

Немецкий. Auf Ackerflächen bildet die Segetalflora neben den Kulturpflanzen die einzige pflanzliche Nahrungsquelle und Habitatstruktur für verschiedene Tierarten. Damit stellt sie für die Biodiversität in Kulturlandschaften eine der wichtigsten taxonomischen Gruppen dar. Viele Untersuchungen belegen einen extremen Rückgang der floristischen Diversität in ackerbaulich genutzten Ökosystemen. Jedoch existiert bislang kein langfristiges Monitoring, das die Diversität der gesamten Segetalflora auf Ackerflächen bundesweit in räumlich wie zeitlich hoher Auflösung erfasst. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein Monitoringkonzept vorgestellt, das vorschlägt, die Artenzusammensetzung der Segetalflora in Deutschland jährlich in allen Hauptackerkulturen auf repräsentativen Stichprobenflächen zu erfassen. So können Auswirkungen zukünftiger Bewirtschaftungsänderungen (z. B. Anstieg der ökologisch bewirtschafteten Ackerfläche) aufgezeigt und die Effekte derzeitiger Strategien (z. B. EU-Farm-to-Fork-Strategie, Aktionsprogramm Insektenschutz) evaluiert werden. Das Monitoringkonzept zielt darauf ab, belastbare und aussagekräftige Indikatoren zu etablieren, die die Entwicklungen der Segetalflora unter dem Einfluss der landwirtschaftlichen Produktion sowie des Landnutzungs- und des Agrarstrukturwandels abbilden.

Английский. On arable land, species of the segetal flora, alongside cultivated plants, form the only plant food source and habitat structure for various animal species. This makes them one of the most important taxonomic groups for biodiversity in cultural landscapes. Numerous studies have shown an extreme decline in floristic diversity in arable ecosystems. However, to date there is no long-term monitoring programme that records the diversity of the entire segetal flora on arable land nationwide in high spatial and temporal resolution. This article presents a monitoring concept that proposes an annual survey of the species composition of the segetal flora on representative sampling areas for the major crop species in Germany. In this way, the effects of future changes in the management of arable land (e. g. increase in organically or non-chemically farmed arable land) can be identified and the effects of current strategies such as the EU Farm to Fork Strategy or the German Insect Protection Action Programme can be evaluated. The monitoring concept aims to establish reliable and meaningful indicators that capture the development of the segetal flora under the influence of agricultural production as well as land use and agricultural structural change.
