Yields and field management data of two adjacent organic arable crop rotations serving a dairy farm and a pig farm at the Thünen-Institute of Organic Farming in North Germany

The dataset contains yields and field management data from 2019-2023 of two adjacent constant 6-field organic arable crop rotations serving a dairy farm (60 ha) and a farm with pig production (48 ha) at the research station of the Thünen-Institute of Organic Farming, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, respectively. The data are based on field records, weighings and analysis results of the research station. The farmland was converted to organic farming in 2001/2002 according to EU Regulation on organic production. Field locations and general settings of the crop rotations were kept constant since then. This dataset is part of the database compiled as an outcome of Work Area 1 in project OrganicYieldsUP. Variable definitions can be found here: https://zenodo.org/records/15276083
