The dataset contains yields and field management data of wheat variety trials in organic farming in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Gülzow 2019-2023) and Hessen (Frankenhausen 2019-2024), Germany. In the context of the project mentioned below, the data set is intended to provide an insight into the role of variety selection for yield formation.
