Estimarea feromonilor sexuali a unor specii de buhă, sintetizaţi după schemele modificate | The assessment of sex pheromones of some noctuid moth species, synthesized by modified schemes

Au fost perfecţionate în premieră schemele de sinteză a componenţilor principali ai feromonilor sexuali ai buhelor Heliothis armigera (cis-11-hexadecenol), Agrotissegetum (cis-7-dodecenilacetat) şi Agrotis exclamationis (cis-5-tetradecenil acetat). Costul feromonilor sintetizaţi după schemele modificate este mai redus cu 50% comparativ cu costul celor sintetizaţi după schemele standard. În testele de câmp (5 capcane/feromon cu intervale nu mai mici de 100 m) nu s-au înregistrat diferenţe semnificative între feromonii testaţi şi feromonii standard, privind eficacitatea biologică, evaluată după numărul de masculi atraşi şi capturaţi în capcane (în medie pe 7 zile per capcană). Devierile de la standard au constituit: - 1,3 masculi/7zile/capcană (feromonul buhei Heliothis armigera); + 0,1 (Agrotis exclamationis); - 2 (Agrotis segetum). Metodele de sinteză elaborate de noi permit obţinerea cantităţilor necesare de feromoni pentru utilizare în protecţia plantelor.

We have improved the synthesis schemes of the main constituents of the noctuid moth sex pheromones: Heliothis armigera (cis-11-hexadecenol), Agrotis segetum (cis-7-dodecenyl acetate) and Agrotis exclamationis (cis-5-tetradecenyl acetate). The cost of the pheromonessynthesized acording to modified scheme is reduced by 50% compared to the cost of those synthesized by standard schemes. In field tests (5 traps/ pheromone, at intervals not lessthan 100 m) nosignificant differences were found between the studied pheromones and standard ones, asregardstheir biological efficiency, evaluated bythe number ofmales attracted and captured by traps (on average over seven days per trap). The deviations from standard costituted: - 1,3 males/7days/trap (Heliothis armigera pheromone); + 0,1 (Agrotis exclamationis); - 2 (Agrotis segetum). The synthesis methods developed by us allow to obtain the necessary quantities of pheromones for using in plant protection.
