PL: Analiza zawartości wybranych pierwiastków w produktach pszczelich z pasiek powiatu lubińskiego | EN: Analysis of the content of selected elements in bee honey from apiaries of the Lubin poviat and retail trade

abstractPL: Celem pracy była ocena toksykologiczna miodu, pochodzącego z pasieki położonej na obszarze LGOM oraz porównanie jego stanu z miodem dostępnym w polskich sklepach, na podstawie określenia zawartości Cu, Fe, Ni, Cd, Pb i Zn. Mineralizację prób przeprowadzono w mikrofalowym systemie reakcyjnym do przygotowania próbek firmy Anton Paar, natomiast analizę ilościową wybranych wykonano z wykorzystaniem aparatury pomiarowej Varian Spectra AA. Średnia zawartość poszczególnych metali wśród miodów zebranych z pasieki wynosiła 0,646 mg/kg dla Cu, 3,446mg/kg dla Fe, 1,678 mg/kg dla Ni, 0,721 mg/kg dla Cd, 7,534 mg/kg dla Pb oraz 1,766 mg/kg dla Zn, natomiast w grupie prób miodu komercyjnego 0,680 mg/kg dla Cu, 6,454 mg/kg dla Fe, 2,502 mg/kg dla Ni, 0,974 mg/kg dla Cd, 10,538 mg/kg dla Pb oraz 2,163 mg/kg dla Zn. Zawartość kadmu oraz ołowiu przekroczyła wartości określone jako najwyższe dopuszczalne normy we wszystkich pozyskanych próbach.

abstractEN: The aim of the work was the toxicological evaluation of honey coming from an apiary located in the LGOM area and a comparison of its condition with honey available in Polish stores, based on the determination of Cu, Fe, Ni, Cd, Pb and Zn content.Mineralization of the tests was carried out in a microwave reaction system for the preparation samples of Anton Paar, and the quantitative analysis of selected samples was made using the Varian Spectra AA measuring apparatus. The average content of individual metals among honey collected from the apiary was 0.646 mg/kg for Cu, 3.446 mg/kg for Fe, 1.678 mg/kg for Ni, 0.721 mg/kg for Cd, 7.534 mg/kg for Pb and 1.766 mg/kg for Zn, however, in the group of commercial honey trials: 0.680 mg/kg for Cu, 6.454 mg/kg for Fe, 2.502 mg/kg for Ni, 0.974 mg/kg for Cd, 10.538 mg/kg for Pb and 2.163 mg/kg for Zn. The content of cadmium and lead exceeded the values specified as the highest acceptable standards in all samples obtained.
