Analysis of manifestation of chlamydial infection of cattle in the conditions of forage affect with mycotoxins was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that chlamydial infection proceeded in association with aflatoxin, T-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone and ochratoxin. In course of the biochemical analysis there was noted the lowering of carotene on 23%, and vitamin A – in two times; also there was slight lowering of alkaline reserve. The obtained data proved the substantial changes in content of sub-populations of lymphocytes in cow blood in dry and postnatal period. During the immunological study of immunoglobulins in blood serum of cows sick with postpartum chlamydial endometritis it was revealed that titre of immunoglobulin A was on 31% higher. The methods and results of determination of safety and relative biological value of carps (Cyprinus carpio) with philometroidosis and breams (Abramis brama) with ligulosis depending on infestation intensity with application of test-object Tetrahymena pyriformis realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. Research results showed that lowering of reproduction degree of protozoan on 20-30% could testify to the presence of light toxicity. Suppression of infusoria reproduction up to 30% with the simultaneous lowering of actions activity, disturbance of its character and availability up to 10% of inflected cells could testify on the moderate degree of toxicity. Lowering of infusoria reproduction degree on 30-50% with the simultaneous presence of 10-20% of cells with the affected character of motion, form and dead testified to evident toxicity of products. Lowering of infusoria toxicity on 50% and higher, presence of cysts, distorted cells, and ghosts testified to high product toxicity. Research results established that in case of high invasion intensity meat of carp philometroidosis had low toxicity (2 points). Meat of breams with ligulosis and moderate invasion intensity had low toxicity level (2 points), and in case high invasion intensity – moderate (3 points). The relative biological value in case of philometroidosis was on 13,29-28,41% lower in comparison with meat of healthy carps, and in case of ligulosis - on 18,66-57,29% in comparison with healthy breams meat

Investigation of frequency of occurrence and manifestations of liver pathology of swine during the postmortem examination at meat packing plant of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Data analysis of reports of postmortem veterinary-sanitary examination gathered from two leasing national meat packing plants showed that out of 236187 of evaluated swine carcasses and organs in 40860 (17,3%) of cases there were registered different liver pathologies. Among the total number of liver pathologies in 5721 cases (14%) there were stated liver pathologies caused by invasive diseases (echinococcus disease (Echinococcus granulosus) – 1,5%; cysticercosis – 0,2%; migration traces of ascarid larva - 12,3%), and 31830 cases (86%) were caused by noncontagious diseases. The highest percentage among noncontagious liver diseases was stated for dystrophic organ changes (83,6%); the other 17,2% were caused by fibroid induration. During the morphological liver analysis there were stated the dystrophic and necrotic changes in fractions with the profound disturbance of blood circulation. Evaluation of a quantity and phagocyte activity of leucocytes, immunoglobulins, T- and B-lymphocytes in blood serum of sheep in the process of stimulation of central nervous system with caffeine sodiobenzoate for the increasing of nonspecific animal resistance was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Romanov yeld ewes were divided into two groups. Experimental sheep were entered caffeine sodiobenzoate intramuscularly in dose 0,012 g/kg of live weight twice a day with 6 hours interval. Controlled group of sheep were entered physiological salt solution in accordance with the same scheme. Blood samples were taken before preparation entering and after 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours of test beginning. Immunoglobulin concentration in blood serum was estimated by electrophoresis method in polyacrylamide gel. Quantity of T- and B- lymphocytes was estimated by active rosette test. Phagocyte activity of leucocytes was estimated with application of germ culture St. albus. Leucocytes number was accounted in Gorjaev's chamber. Research results showed that under conditions of central nervous system stimulation by caffeine sodiobenzoate there was stated the increasing of nonspecific resistance. It was proved by the increasing of the total number and phagocytic activity of leukocytes, immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA and IgM), T- and B- lymphocytes

Efficiency of cultivation of cow preimplantation embryos and support of pluripotent properties in different nutritive media was analyzed; a method of getting early embryos in vitro for the genetically engineered purposes was developed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Oocyte separation was realized in 3; 3-6; 6-9; and 9-12 hours after ovariectomy for the studying of the influence of storage period of ovaries on the output qualitative embryos. Oocyte separation was realized by bisection with adding of 1% of fetal cattle serum, 10 units/ml of gentamicin and 1 unit/ml of heparin. Oocyte-cumulus complexes maturing took place in CO2-bath with 5% of CO2 in atmosphere of maximum humidity and temperature of 38 deg C in TS-199 (Sigma) media with entering of 25 mM/l of buffer Hepes, 10 unit/ml of gentamicin and biologically active substance (20 % of fetal calf serum, 10 mg/ml of bovine serum albumin and 5 % of estrous cow serum with 10 mg/ml of bovine serum albumin). Research result showed that application of 10 mg/ml of bovine serum albumin into TS-199 media made it possible to increase the yield of cattle embryos at the preimplantation stages in vitro conditions on 19,1%, as well as to increase the fetal calf serum in quantity 15% to the nutritive media volume up to 16,0 %. Application of sodium pyruvate and calcium lactate in the process of cultivation of early cattle embryos obtained in vitro conditions made it possible to increase the yield of preimplantation embryos on 5,4 %. Specifically, the level of transformation of morulas into blastocysts was 44,4 %

Investigation of acute and subchronic (chronic) toxicity of complexinates of trace elements in experiments with calves was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The realized experiments were based on developed in Belarus veterinary preparations for the treatment and prevention of diseases connected with disorders of trace elements exchange containing chelate compounds of trace elements with sodium ethylene diamine acetate: Cuprovet (on the basis of CuNa); Cobalvet (on the basis of CoNa), Zinkovet (on the basis of ZnNa), and Feravet (on the basis of FeNa). There were the following indexes of ferrum in nephros - 55,3 +/- 2,26, in muscles - 134 +/- 26,6 mkg/g, and in liver - 565 +/- 35,5 mkg/g after administration of Feravet. There were the following index of zinc in nephros - 56,3 +/- 2,64, in muscles -25, 8 +/- 1,23 and in liver - 84,4 +/- 3,29 mkg/g after administration of Zinkovet. There were the following indexes of cuprum in nephros - 4,1 +/- 0,325, in muscles - 2,33 +/- 0,117, and in liver - 12,3 +/- 1,12 mkg/g after administration of Cuprovet. There were the following indexes of cobalt in nephros - 40,35 +/- 2,29, in muscles - 12,5 +/- 0,98, and in liver - 126,5 +/- 10,45 ng/g after administration of Cobalvet. Parameters of toxicity of all preparations were by the example of laboratory mice, rats and calves given. Content of trace elements in blood of calves in dynamics of the experiment was analyzed. There were determined parameters of acute toxicity of the analyzed preparations: they all could be referred to substance hazard category 4 (low-hazardous substances). The determined parameters of acute toxicity made it possible to recommend them for treatment and prophylaxis of microelementoses of cattle, as well as to use them as feed additives taking into consideration that defect action levels of the analysed preparations exceed the deficiency needs of cattle in case of their limited cumulation

Evaluation of safety and efficiency of application of immunostimulative drug Izambenum (C14H15IN2O) for stimulation of natural resistance (autarcesis) and immunologic responsiveness of chickens of laying breeds was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Clinical and experimental investigation of Izambenum influence on poultry for the increasing of their resistance, activation of immunological response to vaccination against Newcastle disease, stimulation of their growth and development was realized. Research results showed that Izambenum influenced on level of morphological indexes of chicken blood: number of erythrocytes increased on 24%, hemoglobin - on 17%. Total protein in blood serum increased in all test period and number of lymphocytes increased and differential was 90-100%. Izambenum increased strains of post vaccination immunity to Newcastle disease. Bacterial growth-inhibitory activity decreased on the 27the day of life and increased at the same positions on the 34-41 days. Phagocyte activity of pseudoeosinophils increased in all test groups. Research results showed that Izambenum rendered growth and immunity stimulation action and increased their viability. Its immunostimulative action was conditioned by strengthening of cellular and to lower extent humoral immunity factors. Application of the preparation in period of Newcastle disease vaccination promoted the formation of long-lived immunity

Investigation of antimicrobial activity of liquid extractions from the following medicinal plants and their mixtures against S. aureus, B. subtilis, E. coli, P. aeruginosa, and P. vulgaris was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus: peat moss (Sphagnum); greater plantain (Plantago major); plumepoppy (Macleaya); common comfrey (Symphytum officinale); speckled alder (Alnus incana). Research results showed that the best results for septic wounds treatment were obtained apter application of mixture of plumepoppy and greater plantain as it showed the acute antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healthing effect. Antimicrobial activity of the analyzed infusion formula revealed in quicker (on 3-6 days in comparison with control) wound cleansing from microorganisms, quick lowering of bacterial content up to 10E3 bodies per 1 g of tissue and in provision of wound healing without inclusion of saprogenous microflora. Anti-inflammatory effect was characterized by quick (by 2 days) cancellation of acute inflammatory response, that was revealed in lowering of neutrophilic leukocytes quantity up to 59,8 +/- 0,49 %; quicker normalization hematologic indexes and early reduction of perifocal edema; weakening of hyperthemia and hyperemia; decreasing of wound secretion without purulence; absence of leaks and leak pouch; normalization of microcirculation in wound. Wound-healthing effect was revealed in increasing of fibroblast number from 7,1 +/- 0,4 % up to 29,4 +/- 0,4 % on the 7th day and in activation proliferate and synthetically function

Investigation of efficiency of electrochemically active solutions in complex therapy of calves with diseases of the digestive apparatus and respiratory organs was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Calves diseased with dyspepsia and bronchopneumonia were chosen for investigation of gastrointestinal diseases and respiratory diseases. At the first stage there was studied the therapeutic efficacy of water solution of electrochemically active neutral anolyte and sodium hypochloride solution Akvamed for calves sick with dyspepsia. At the second stage there was analyzed the therapeutic efficacy of 0,04 % solution sodium hypochloride Akvamed for the treatment of bronchopneumonia of calves. Research results showed that inclusion into complex therapeutic regimen of calves of electrochemically active solutions promoted the reduction of disease duration and severity. Electrochemically active solutions had high biocidal activity and could be produced in large volumes, had practical safety, low price and acute therapeutic effect

Results of studies of acute and chronic toxicity of control samples of long acting boluses on the basis of fenbendazole for the treatment of strongylatosis (Strongylata) of gastro-intestinal tract of cattle realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. White rats and mice were used for studying of acute and chronic toxicity of the prolonged anthelmintic. The preparation was tested in doses of 400; 800; 1200; 1600; and 2000 mg/kg of body weight. Prolonged anthelmintic was administrated introgastrally in the form of suspension. Preparation was reduced to fragments before application. White rats with body weight of 80-100 g were divided in three groups and were used for testing. Bolus of prolonged activity was reduced to fragments and mixed with feed before application. Rats ate the preparation during 30 day in dozes of 250 mg/kg, 375 mg/kg, and 500 mg/kg. Study of acute toxicity of preparation established that LD0 for white mice was 400 mg/kg; LD16 - 620 mg/kg; LD50 - 1080 (1062,7 / 1097, 3) mg/kg; LD84 - 1660, LD100 - 200 mg/kg. Signs of animal toxicosis were revealed in shakiness, depression, whiteness of visually accessible mucous coat, cramps. Catarrhal-haemorrhagic gastroenteritis and numerous effusions of blood on mucous coat of digestive tract were established at postmortem examination. There were no morphological changes in tissues of lungs, heart, liver and nephros. Eating of prolonged anthelmintic with feed during 30 days did not render toxicological influence on rats. There were no signs of intoxication, physiological deviations and no animal death. Research results showed that the analyzed prolonged anthelmintic could be referred the substance hazard category 3
