The article represents results of researches of 20082010 years and evaluation of the new registered and promising varieties and hybrids winter rape (seed) by their genetic potential productivity and adaptability. Changeability varieties according to high-yielding properties and elements of productivity depending with adaptability to the environmental conditions of areas of Forest, Forest-steppe and Steppe of Ukraine. There are discussed the prospects of the trends.

The article highlights main causes and provides reasons for changes, depending on which methodological materials on the conduct of plant varieties examination on their stability for dissemination in Ukraine should be periodically republished.

The article explains the aim and objectives of parental components of maize hybrids identification in the course of soil varietal control. Scientific background has been provided to methodological aspects of comparative evaluation of morphological characteristics on control plots for the purpose of establishing authenticity of maize hybrids circulated at the market.

Expediency explanation is provided for foundation in the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination of Winter Wheat Varieties Resistance to Abiotic Environment Factors Diagnostics Laboratory, as well as for examination of varieties on their suitability for dissemination to provide new approaches and techniques of plant varieties resistance diagnostics; for systematic, indepth and comprehensive studying of the most important adaptive features of plant varieties, which to take into account when registering varieties, national varietal resources formation and seed production organization.

Complex assessment of varietal resources of the lettuce by means of identification of morphological descriptions and determination of indices of suitability for dissemination in Ukraine is considered. Contemporary classification by botanic and economic and consumption criteria of all the lettuce subspecies has been adapted.

The pomological description of studied samples has been given; the chemical composition and relation between biochemical characteristics in fruits of Prunus cerasifera subsp. macrocarpa (Erem. et Garcov.) var. pissardi Bailey has been studied. The obtained data are compared with characteristics, typical for fruits of varieties Prunus cerasifera Ehrh. and forms of Persica vulgaris subsp. atropurpureae (Schneid.) Zajats.

The article considers national varietal sources of sugar beets, namely the progress of their generation, as well as general characteristics of productivity. Main trends in breeding reflecting the needs of society are highlighted. Importance of official qualifying examination for generating high-quality varietal diversity aimed at meeting the needs of national beetroot industry is emphasized.

Assessment is provided to ecological flexibility and stability of Peach Varieties in Steppe zone by results of indices obtained in three years of studying with application of regression analyzes. Varieties highly flexible against climatic conditions of growth environment have been pointed out.
