Purpose. To reveal the peculiarities of leaf area formation and a structure of lentils variety ‘Antonina’ yield depending on the elements of cultivation technology: ino culation with nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms and the use of foliar growth stimulants. Methods. Field, laboratory. The experimental scheme included inoculation of seeds with nitrogen-fixing microorganisms (Ryzogumin), application of phosphate-solubili zing microorganisms (Polimixobacteryn and Biophosphoryn) into the row zone, and foliar feeding with a growth stimulator (Alga 600). Results. The results of studies of the leaf area formation peculiarities and the structure of lentils yield depending on the influence of cultivation technology elements are given in the article. It was found that the maximum indicators of the leaf area were formed by lentils in the flowering phase, which on average in the experiment was at the level of 37.5 thousand m2/ha, and in the control variant – only 32.0 thousand m2/ha. By inoculating the seeds with Rhyzogumin, applying phosphate-solubilizing biopreparation and foliar feeding, we obtained the maximum parameters of the leaf surface of lentil plants in the experiment. Thus, in the variant of inoculation with Rhyzogumin, application of Biophosphoryn and treatment with Alga 600 lentil plants formed a leaf area of 40.3 thousand m2/ha. However, due to the use of the phosphate-solubilizing biopreparation Polimixobacteryn and Alga 600 on the background of seeds inoculation with Rhyzogumin, the leaf area was formed at the level of 39.9 thousand m2/ha. Conclusions. When the seeds were treated with nitrogen-fixing microorganisms (Rhyzogumin) and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (Polimixobacteryn and Biophosphoryn), the yield of lentils increased significantly. Thus, in the experimental plots in the variants with Ryzogumin + Polimixobacteryn the yield was – 1.64 t/ha, and in the combination Ryzogumin + Polimixobacteryn + growth stimulator Alga 600 the yield of lentils was – 1.90 t/ha. Seed inoculation had a positive effect on plant height. Методи. Польові, лабораторні. Схема досліду передбачала інокуляцію насіння азотфіксувальними мікроорганізмами (Ризогумін), унесення в зону рядка фосфатмобілізувальних мікроорганізмів (Поліміксобактерин і Біофосфорин) та позакореневе підживлення стимулятором росту (Альга 600).Результати. У статті наведено результати досліджень щодо вивчення особливостей формування площі листя та структури врожаю сочевиці залежно від впливу елементів технології. У результаті проведених досліджень визначено, що у фазі цвітіння рослин сочевиці утворювали максимальні показники площі листя, яка в середньому по досліду була на рівні 37,5 тис. м2/га, а от на контрольному варіанті – лише 32,0 тис. м2/га. За інокуляції насіння Ризогуміном та внесення фосфатмобілізувальних препаратів і позакореневого підживлення отримали максимальні параметри листкової поверхні рослин сочевиці в досліді. Зокрема, у варіанті інокуляції Ризогуміном, унесення Біофосфорину та оброблення Альга 600 рослини сочевиці формували площу листя 40,3 тис. м2/га. А от у разі застосування на фоні інокуляції насіння Ризогуміном фосфатмобілізувального препарату Поліміксобактерин та Альга 600 була сформована площа листя на рівні 39,9 тис. м2/га.Висновки. За оброблення насіння азотфіксувальними мікроорганізмами (Ризогумін) та фосфатмобілізувальними бактеріями (Поліміксобактерин та Біофосфорин) урожайність сочевиці суттєво збільшувалася. Зокрема, у варіанті застосування Ризогумін + Поліміксобактерин урожайність становила 1,64 т/га, Ризогумін + Поліміксобактерин + стимулятор росту Альга 600 – 1,90 т/га. Інокуляція насіння позитивно вплинула й на висоту рослин. Ліпші результати отримано за оброблення насіння Ризогуміном у поєднанні з Біофосфорином та Поліміксобактерином – 44,5 і 44,1 см відповідно.

Studies show that the lowest yields of sugar beets were obtained in 2016, 2017 and 2019. Moreover, the conditions of the unstable humidification zone of the Right-Bank part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine were mainly characterized by unstable precipitation, a decrease in their amount, as well as increased average daily air temperatures. Therefore, the selection of high-yielding hybrids of sugar beets to obtain a high level of productivity is relevant. As evidenced by the data comparing the yield of sugar beet root crops on the test site, they significantly exceeded the average indicators for Kiev region by 10.7–20.0 t/ha, and only in arid 2016 the difference was minimal – 4.6 t/ha. The high stability of the trait “sugar content in root crops” is inherent not only in hybrids with low parameters of its manifestation, but is largely determined by the genetic characteristics of the hybrid. Three clusters were identified based on the reaction of hybrids to growing conditions. The first cluster included triploid hybrids: ‘Zluka’, ‘Oleksandriia, ‘Olzhych’, ‘Kvarta’ and ‘Konstanta’, the second one – the triploid hybrid ‘BTs ChS 57’ and diploid ‘Vesto’, the third cluster - the triploid hybrid ‘Sofiia’ and diploid ‘Ukrainskyi ChS 72’. Conclusions. Proper selection of high-yielding hybrids resistant to adverse growing conditions in the zone of unstable moisture of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine is extremely important, because the biological characteristics of hybrids affect 45% of the amount of sugar harvest, but the growing season by 33% and the interaction of factors was 17%. It was found that despite the difficult weather conditions, the highest yields were formed by hybrids: ‘Anichka’ – 70.1 t/ha, ‘Ramzes’ – 70.5 t/ha, ‘Romul’ – 73.0 t/ha and ‘BTs ChS 57’ – 73.4 t/ha. But the maximum sugar content in root crops was in hybrids: ‘Ukrainskyi ChS 72’ – 17.3%, ‘Zluka’ – 17.3% and ‘Sofiia’ – 17.7%. Accordingly, the maximum sugar harvest was provided by hybrids: ‘BTs ChS 57’ – 12.1 t/ha and ‘Romul’ – 12.2 t/ha.

Дослідження показують, що найменшу врожайність буряків цукрових було отримано у 2016, 2017 та 2019 роках. Причому умови зони нестійкого зволоження Правобережної част­и­ни Лісостепу України здебільшого характеризувалися нестійким випаданням опадів, зменшенням їхньої кількості, а також підвищеними середньодобовими температурами повітря. А тому добір високопродуктивних гібридів буряків цукрових для отримання високого рівня продуктивності є актуальним. Як свідчать дані порівняння врожайності коренеплодів буряків цукрових в умовах полігону, то вони істотно перевищували середні показники по Київській області на 10,7–20,0 т/га, і лише в посушливому 2016 році різниця була мінімальною – 4,6 т/га. Висока стабільність ознаки «вміст цукру в коренеплодах» притаманна не тільки гібридам із низькими параметрами її прояву, а значною мірою визначається й генетичними особливостями гібрида. За реакцією гібридів на умови вирощування виділено три кластери. До першого з них увійшли триплоїдні гібриди: ‘Злука’, ‘Олександрія’, ‘Ольжич’, ‘Кварта’ та ‘Константа’, до другого – триплоїдний гібрид ‘БЦ ЧС 57’ та диплоїдний ‘Весто’, до третього – триплоїдний гібрид ‘Софія’ та диплоїдний ‘Український ЧС 72’.Висновки. Правильний добір високопродуктивних гібридів, стійких до несприятливих умов вирощування в зоні нестійкого зволоження Лісостепу України, надзвичайно важливий, адже біологічні особливості гібридів на 45% впливають на величину формування збору цукру, а от умови вегетаційного періоду – на 33%, взаємодія цих чинників була на рівні 17%. Попри складні погодні умови, найбільшу врожайність формували гібриди ‘Анічка’ – 70,1 т/га, ‘Рамзес’ – 70,5, ‘Ромул’ – 73,0, ‘БЦ ЧС 57’ – 73,4 т/га. А от максимальний уміст цукру в коренеплодах був у таких гібридів, як ‘Український ЧС 72’ – 17,3%, ‘Злука’ – 17,3, ‘Софія’ – 17,7%. Evaluate the introduced samples of soft winter wheat from the international nursery Common Bunt-Resistant Nursery (CBUNT-RES) of different ecological and geographical origin in the southern part of the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine according to a set of productivity indicators in order to define the most valuable samples and describe them. Methods. During 2016–2019 on the base of Ustymivka Experimental Station for Plant Production of the V. Ya. Yuriev Plant Production Institute of NAAS the authors studied, evaluated and described 75 new soft winter wheat samples of various eco-geographical origins by productivity traits. In the field and laboratory conditions, indicators of yield and productivi­ty were determined: 1000 grains weight, plant height and ear length, the number of spikelets and grains in the ear, weight of ear and grain and early-ripening. Results. Plant material with increased parameters of economic and biological characters was identified. During studies, it was found that ‘F08347G8’, ‘F00628G34-1’ (Romania), ‘91-142A61/KATIA1//GRISET-4’, ‘SAULESKU#44/TR810200//GRISET-4’, ‘ATTILA/BABAX//PASTOR/4/…’ (IU067591) (Turkey), ‘INTENSIVNAYA//PBW343*2/TUKURU’, ‘SANZAR-8/KKTS’ (Mexico) were the high-yielding varieties. В. Я. Юр’єва НААН за ознаками продуктивності досліджено, оцінено та описано 75 нових зразків пшениці м’якої озимої різного еколого-географічного походження.  У польових і лабораторних умовах визначено такі показники врожайності й продуктивності, як маса 1000 зерен, висота рослин та довжина колоса, кількість колосків і зерен у колосі, маса колоса та зерна з нього, а також скоростиглість зразків.Результати. Виділено матеріал, який має підвищені параметри господарських та біологічних ознак. Зокрема, до високоврожайних зразків належать: ‘F08347G8’, ‘F00628G34-1’ (Румунія), ‘91-142A61/KATIA1//GRISET-4’, ‘SAULESKU#44/TR810200//GRISET-4’, ‘ATTILA/BABAX//PASTOR/4/…’ (IU067591) (Туреччина), ‘INTENSIVNAYA//PBW343*2/TUKURU’, ‘SANZAR-8/KKTS’ (Мексика). У зразків пшениці м’якої озимої ‘F08347G8’, ‘F00628G34-1’ (Румунія), ‘INTENSIVNAYA//PBW343*2/…’ (IU067637) (Мексика), ‘ATAY/GALVEZ87/6/TAST/…’ (IU067587), ‘DE9/MERCAN-2’, ‘KRASNODAR/ FRTL/6…’ (IU067595), ‘SAULESKU#44/TR810200//GRISET-4’, ‘KRASNODAR/FRTL/6…’ (IU067595), ‘GANSU-1/3/AUSGS50AT34/…’ (IU067598), ‘DE9/MERCAN-2’, ‘ORKINOS-1*2/3/AUS…’ (IU067608), ‘KAMBARA1/ZANDER-17’, ‘TAM200/KAUZ/4/CHAM6//…’ (IU067612) (Туреччина) маса зерна з рослини перевищувала 5,0 г, вони мають досить високі показники продуктивності рослини як завдяки підвищеній озерненості, так і масі 1000 зерен.Висновки. Інтродуковані зразки пшениці м’якої озимої різного еколого-географічного походження, виділені за комплексом цінних ознак, можна рекомендувати як вихідний матеріал у селекції на підвищення продуктивного потенціалу культури в умовах Південного Лісостепу України.

Визначити оптимальні строки відбору експлантів, підібрати стерилізуючі агенти та режими стерилізації, а також поживне середовище для введення в культуру in vitro нових перспективних сортів вишні (Prunus cerasus L.) та черешні (Prunus avium L.). Методи. У процесі роботи застосовано методику клонального мікророзмноження рослин і статистичні обробки експериментальних даних. Результати. Встановлено оптимальний строк відбору експлантів, тривалість експозиції при стерилізації, оптимальний склад поживного середовища на першому етапі мікроклонального розмноження. Для визначення оптимального режиму стерилізації та стерилізуючого препарату використовували 0,1% розчин хлориду ртуті та 3% розчин препарату «Лізоформін 3000» з експозицією стерилізації 5, 6 та 7 хвилин. Найбільший вихід стерильних експлантів як для вишні сорту ‘Ксенія’, так і для черешні сорту ‘Василиса прекрасна’ отримали при експозиції стерилізації 7 хв для обох стерилізуючих агентів. При використанні 0,1% розчину хлориду ртуті цей показник був вищий, ніж при стерилізації 3% розчином препарату «Лізоформін 3000» – 71 і 99% відповідно. Висновки. На ефективність стерилізації та  введення в культуру in vitro експлантів вишні ‘Ксенія’ і черешні ‘Василиса прекрасна’ впливали тривалість стерилізації, час відбору експлантів, фітосанітарний стан маточної рослини, склад поживного середовища. 0,1% розчин хлориду ртуті при експозиції 7 хв був найефективнішим при отриманні асептичної культури з експлантів, вилучених з донорних рослин у стані спокою при пророщуванні бруньок у контрольованих умовах. Використання препарату «Лізоформін 3000» в концентрації 3% впродовж 6–7 хв при стерилізації експлантів досліджуваних культур сприяло їхній кращій приживлюваності на середовищі. Оптимальним за складом поживним середовищем для культивування експлантів вишні ‘Ксенія’ було середовище з додаванням соку алое, а для черешні ‘Василиса прекрасна’ – MS + флороглюцинол. Найвищу ефективність стерилізації (99% у сорту ‘Василиса прекрасна’ та 71% у сорту ‘Ксенія’) отримали за використання 0,1% HgCl2  в експозиції 7 хв. При використанні препарату «Лізоформін 3000» за такої ж експозиції стерилізації цей показник становив 83 та 52% відповідно до культури. Виходячи з цього можна рекомендувати використовувати препарат «Лізоформін 3000» у 3% концентрації з експозицією 7 хв для стерилізації кісточкових культур

Purpose. Determine the optimal timing of explant selection, select sterilizing agents and sterilization regimens, as well as the nutrient medium for the introduction of new perspective varieties of sour cherries (Prunus cerasus L.) and cherries (Prunus avium L.) into in vitro culture. Methods. During the work the method of clonal micropropagation of plants and statistical processing of experimental data were applied.Results. The optimal term of explants selection , the duration of exposure during sterilization, the optimal composition of the nutrient medium at the first stage of microclonal reproduction were determined. A 0.1% solution of mercuric chloride and a 3% solution of “Lizoformin 3000” with exposure to sterilization of 5, 6 and 7 minutes were used to determine the optimal sterilization and sterilizing regimen. The highest yield of sterile explants for both ‘Kseniia’ sour cherries and ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ cherries was obtained with a 7 min sterilization exposure for both sterilizing agents. When using a 0.1% solution of mercury chloride, this figure was higher than in the sterilization with 3% solution of the preparation “Lizoformin 3000” – 71 and 99%, respectively.Conclusions. The efficiency of sterilization and the introduction into in vitro culture of sour cherries ‘Kseniia’ and cherries ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ explants were influenced by the duration of sterilization, the time of selection of explants, the phytosanitary state of the mother plant, the composition of the nutrient medium. A 0.1% solution of mercuric chloride at 7 min exposure was the most effective in obtai­ning aseptic culture from explants removed from donor plants at rest when sprouting buds under controlled conditions. The use of the preparation “Lizoformin 3000” at a concentration of 3% for 6–7 min while sterilizing explants of the studied cultures contributes to their better survival in the environment. The optimal nutrient medium for the cultivation of sour cherry ‘Kseniia’ explants is the medium with the addition of aloe juice, and for cherries ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ – MS + phloroglucinol. The highest sterilization efficiency (99% in ‘Vasylysa prekrasna’ and 71% in ‘Kseniia’) was obtained using 0.1% HgCl2 in 7 min exposure. When using the preparation “Lizoformin 3000” with the same sterilization exposure, this indicator was 83 and 52%, respectively. Therefore, we can recommend the use of the prepa­ration “Lizoformin 3000” at 3% concentration with an exposure of  7 min for sterilization of stone cultures | Цель. Определить оптимальные сроки отбора эксплантов, подобрать стерилизующие агенты и режимы стерилизации, а также питательную среду для введения в культуру in vitro новых перспективных сортов вишни (Prunus cerasus L.) и черешни (Prunus avium L.).Методы. В процессе работы применена методика клонального микроразмножения растений и статистические обработки экспериментальных данных.Результаты. На эффективность стерилизации и введения в культуру in vitro эксплантов вишни ‘Ксения’ и черешни ‘Василиса прекрасна’ влияли продолжительность стерилизации, время отбора эксплантов, фитосанитарное состояние маточного растения, состав питательной среды. 0,1% раствор хлорида ртути при экспозиции 7 мин был наиболее эффективен при получении асептической культуры с эксплантов, изъятых из донорных растений в состоянии покоя при проращивании почек в контролируемых условиях. Использование препарата «Лизоформин 3000» в концентрации 3% в течение 6–7 мин при стерилизации эксплантов исследуемых культур способствовало их лучшей приживаемости на среде. Оптимальной по составу питательной средой для культивации эксплантов вишни ‘Ксения’ была среда с добавлением экстракта алоэ, а для черешни ‘Василиса прекрасна’ – MS + флороглюцинол. Самая высокая эффективность стерилизации (99% у сорта ‘Василиса прекрасна’ и 71% у сорта ‘Ксения’) получена при использовании 0,1% HgCl2 в экспозиции 7 мин. При использовании препарата «Лизоформин 3000» при такой же экспозиции стерилизации этот показатель составлял 83 и 52% соответственно к культуре. Исходя из этого можно рекомендовать использовать препарат «Лизоформин 3000» в 3% концентрации с экспозицией 7 мин для стерилизации косточковых культур. | Мета. Purpose. Development of scientific and applied foundations for the introduction, selection and use of plants of the species of the genus Physalis L. to ensure food security in Ukraine. Methods. Subject of study – plants of the genus Physalis. The study was conducted in 2014–2018. on the introduction plots of the department of cultural flora of the M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden, NAS of Ukraine (NBG). The work used general scientific and special methods: field, introduction, biological and morphological; laboratory (chemical, biochemical), statistical (methods of analysis of variance and statistical estimation of average data using Microsoft Excel (2010). Results. The features of ontomorphogenesis were established, the biological and morphological parameters of plants of the species of the genus Physalis L. were investigated under conditions of introduction in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe Ukraine. It was found that the content of dry matter in plant fruits varied from 10 to 18.34%, sugars – from 39.34 to 67.97%, tannins – 1.57 to 3.35% and carotene – from 0.200 to 0.583%, ascorbic acid – from 123.91 to 284.95 mg/100 g, depending on the species, varietal and shape characteristics. Conclusions. It was found that the introduced plant species of the genus Physalis in conditions of culture have four age periods and 10 developmental states: seeds (se), sprouts (p), juvenile (j), immature (im), virginal (v), generative (g), subsenilny (ss) and senile (se). Ph. ixocarpa ‘Likhtaryk’ of the NBG selection was distinguished among the studied introduced species in terms of biological and morphological parameters and biochemical composition. The obtained data can be used for further research and determining the prospects for the introduction of these introduced species into a wide culture

Provide bioinformatic analysis and comparison of target regions of the acetolactate synthase (als) gene in several members of the Poaceae family and, on the basis of the obtained data, explore the possibility of creating a unified genetic construct for als gene editing using the CRISPR-Cas9 system. Methods. The als gene sequences of various members of the Poaceae family were obtained from the NCBI: Nucleotide database. For comparison, a fragment of the imi-2 gene of wheat of the soft line ‘TealIMI11A’ was used in two regions of the 367–390 and 1729–1749 nucleotide sequences. The Sequence Viewer 3.37.0 tool was used to assess the presence of nucleotide substitutions in the working sequence of the imi-2 gene. The dendrogram was built using the “Blast Tree” tool from the NCBI: Blast: Nucleotide resource. Results. A comparative analysis of the nucleotide sequences of seven different species was carried out: soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), common wild oat (Avena fatua L.), barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), Asian rice (Oryza sativa L.), maize (Zea mays L.), aleppo grass (Sorghum halepense Pers.) and Tausch’s goatgrass (Aegilops tauschii Coss.). The dendrogram is based on the gene sequence als, showed that all studied genotypes can be divided into two blocks: the first block included maize and aleppo grass, and the second block, a separate branch includes Asian rice and common wild oat, barley, soft wheat and Tausch’s goatgrass. 367–390 nucleotide sequences of soft wheat showed the highest 100% homology to Asian rice, Tausch’s goatgrass and common wild oat. The lowest homo­logy was for maize and aleppo grass at 83.3%. Evaluation of the nucleotide sequence 1729–1749 showed no complete homology at the 100% level. It was the highest for barley and Tausch’s goatgrass – 95.2%, and the lowest for rice, maize and aleppo grass – 80.9% each. Conclusions. The analysis confirms a significant degree of homology of the als gene sequence for various species of the Poaceae family, which allows us to create a universal genetic vector. However, taking into account the high degree of sequence homology for species such as soft wheat, Tausch’s goatgrass, barley, Asian rice and common wild oat, it can be assumed that the corresponding genetic vector can be used with the greatest efficiency to alter the als gene of these genotypes.

Сиквенсы гена als различных представителей семейства Злаковых были получены из базы данных NCBI: Nucleotide. Для сравнения был использован фрагмент гена imi-2 пшеницы мягкой линии ‘TealIMI11A’ в двух участках сиквенса 367–390 и 1729–1749 нуклеотидов. Для оценки наличия нуклеотидных замен в рабочих сиквенсах гена imi-2 использовали инструмент ‘Sequence Viewer 3.37.0’. Дендрограмму строили с использованием инструмента “Blast Tree” с ресурса NCBI: Blast: Nucleotide. Результаты. Был проведен сравнительный анализ нуклео­тидных последовательностей семи различных видов: пшеницы мягкой (Triticum aestivum L.), овсюга обыкновенного (Avena fatua L.), ячменя обыкновенного (Hordeum vulgare L.), риса посевного (Oryza sativa L.), кукурузы (Zea mays L.), сорго алепского (Sorghum halepense Pers.) и эгилопса Тауша (Aegilops tauschii Coss.). На основе сравнительного анализа сиквенса участков гена іmi-2 для 7-ми генотипов построили филогенетическое дерево, которое показало, что исследованные виды можно разделить на два блока. В первый блок вошли кукуруза и сорго алеппское, а ко второму блоку – рис посевной, овсюг обыкновенный, ячмень обыкновенный, пшеница мягкая и эгилопс Тауша. Определение степени гомологии между последовательностью 367–390 нуклеотида пшеницы мягкой и другими видами показала, что абсолютной была гомология с соответствующими последовательностями риса посевного, эгилопса Тауша и овсюга обыкновенного (100%). Наименьшим нуклеотидное родство оказалось для кукурузы и сорго алеппского – по 83,3%. На участке 1729–1749 нук­леотидов гена іmi-2 никакой из 6 сиквенсов не показал 100% гомологии с последовательностью пшеницы мягкой. Самой высокой она была для ячменя обыкновенного и эгилопса Тауша – 95,2%, а наименьшей для риса посевного, кукурузы и сорго алеппского – по 80,9%.Выводы. Проведенный анализ подтверждает значительную степень гомологии последовательности гена als для различных видов семейства Злаковых. Это позволяет допустить возможность создания универсальной генетической конструкции, с помощью которой можно осуществлять редактирование генома и получения растений, устойчивых к гербициду разных представителей этой семьи. Учитывая высокую степень гомологии последовательностей для таких видов как пшеница мягкая, эгилопс Тауша, ячмень обыкновенный, рис посевной и овсюг обыкновенный, можно предположить, что с наибольшей эффективностью соответствующая генетическая конструкция может быть использована для редактирования гена als именно этих генотипов. | Провести біоінформатичний аналіз та порівняти цільові ділянки гена ацетолактат синтази (als) у декількох представників родини Злакових і на основі отриманих даних дослідити можливість створення уніфікованої генетичної конструкції для направленого редагування гена als за допомогою системи CRISPR-Cas9. Методи. Сиквенси гена als різних представників родини Злакових було отримано з бази даних NCBI: Nucleotide. Для порівняння було використано фрагмент гена іmi-2 пшениці м’якої лінії ‘TealIMI11A’ у двох ділянках сиквенсу: 367–390 та 1729–1749 нук­леотидів. Для оцінювання наявності нуклеотидних замін в робочих сиквенсах гена іmi-2 використовували інструмент “SequenceViewer 3.37.0”. Дендрограму будували з використанням інструменту ‘BlastTree’ з ресурсу NCBI: Blast: Nucleotide. Результати. Було проаналізовано нуклеотидні послідовності сімох різних видів: пшениці м’якої (TriticumaestivumL.), вівсюга звичайного (AvenafatuaL.), ячменю звичайного (HordeumvulgareL.), рису посівного (OryzasativaL.), кукурудзи (ZeamaysL.), сорго алепського (SorghumhalepensePers.) та егілопса Тауша (AegilopstauschiiCoss.). На основі порівняльного аналізу сиквенсу ділянок гена іmi-2 для 7-ми генотипів було побудовано філогенетичне дерево, яке показало, що досліджені види можна поділити на два блоки. До одного з них увійшли кукурудза та сорго алепське, а до другого – рис посівний, вівсюг звичайний, ячмінь звичайний, пшениця м’яка та егілопс Тауша. Визначення ступеня гомології між послідовністю 367–390 нуклеотиду пшениці м’якої та іншими видами показало, що абсолютною була гомологія з відповідними послідовностями рису посівного, егілопса Тауша та вісюга звичайного (100%). Найменшою нуклеотидна спорідненість виявилась для кукурудзи та сорго алепського – 83,3%. У ділянці 1729–1749 нуклеотидів гена іmi-2 жоден з 6 сиквенсів не показав 100% гомології з послідовністю пшениці м’якої. Найвищою вона була до ячменю звичайного та егілопсу Тауша – 95,2%, а найменшою для рису посівного, кукурудзи та сорго алепського – по 80,9%. Висновки. Проведений аналіз підтверджує значний ступінь гомології послідовності гена als для різних видів родини Злакових. Це дозволяє зробити припущення про можливість створення універсальної генетичної конструкції, за допомогою якої можна редагувати геном та отримувати рослини, стійкі до гербіцидів різних представників цієї родини. Зважаючи на вищий ступінь гомології послідовностей для таких видів як пшениця м’яка, егілопс Тауша, ячмінь звичайний, рис посівний та вівсюг звичайний, можна припустити, що ефективнішою відповідна генетична конструкція буде для редагування гена als саме цих генотипів.

Purpose. To study the stability and plasticity of spring rapeseed varieties, in order to assess their adaptability potential in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones, and also select the most ecologically plastic varieties among them. Methods. Field, laboratory, analytical and statistical. Results. Seven varieties of spring rapeseed, included in the State Register of Plant Varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine, were studied on indicators of plasticity and stability of yield traits, weight of 1000 seeds, protein and oil content. The highly plastic intensive varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’, ‘DK 7160 CL’ and ‘Sunder’ were selected for yield among the studied varieties, which are able to respond appropriately to changing of growing conditions. Varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’ and ‘DK 7160 CL’ belong to intensive varieties for the parameter of weight of 1000 seeds. The variety ‘Sunder’ was also highly plastic for this parameter. The varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Bilder’ and ‘CLICK CL’, according to their protein content, belong to the intensive type varieties that are capable of combining sufficiently high valu­es of the studied parameter with its stability under changing conditions. Variety ‘DK 7150 CL’, which was low-plastic, has a rather low positive value of the average group deviation of the reaction stability coefficient, therefore, it can be attributed to widely adapted genotypes. Varieties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’ and ‘Sander’ belong to highly plastic intensive varieties in oil content. Varieties ‘DK 7175 CL’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’ are showed high stability for yield, varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Sunder’ and ‘CLICK CL’ for weight of 1000 seeds. The varie­ties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’, ‘DK 7150 CL’ and ‘Sunder’ were highly stable in protein content, in oil content – varieties ‘DK 7150 CL’, ‘Axana’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’. Conclusions. It were established that high-intensity varieties for yield and weight of 1000 seeds in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polissia zones are ‘DC 7160 CL’ and ‘DK 7150 CL’, for protein content – varieties ‘Axana’, ‘Builder’ and ‘CLICK CL’, for oil content – varieties ‘DK 7160 CL’, ‘DK 7175 CL’ and ‘Sunder’. The evaluation of the plasticity and stability of rapeseed varieties, which were included in the State register of plant varieties suitable for dissemination in Ukraine, makes it possible to select varieties that belong to the intensive type. According to the research results, varieties which are able to successfully adapt to the limiting environmental factors and stress in various soil and climatic zones have been selected.

Были исследованы 7 сортов рапса ярового, внесенных в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных для распространения в Украине, по показателям пластичности и стабильности признаков урожайности, массы 1000 семян, содержания белка и масла. По признаку урожайности среди исследуемых сортов были выделены высокопластичные интенсивные сорта ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’, которые способны соответствующим образом реагировать на изменение условий выращивания. К интенсивным сортам по признаку массы 1000 семян принадлежали сорта ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ и ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’. Сорт ‘Сандер’ также оказался высокопластичным по этому признаку. Сорта ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’ по признаку содержания белка относились к сортам интенсивного типа, которые способны сочетать достаточно высокие значения исследуемого признака с его стабильностью в меняющихся условиях. Сорт ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, который оказался низкопластичным, имел достаточно низкое положительное значение среднегруппового отклонения коэффициента стабильности реакции, поэтому его можно отнести к широко адаптированным генотипам. По признаку содержания масла к высокопластичным интенсивным сортам принадлежали сорта ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’. Высокой стабильностью по урожайности характеризовались сорта ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’, по массе 1000 семян – сорта ‘Аксана’, ‘Сандер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’. Высокостабильными по признаку содержания белка оказались сорта ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’, по содержанию масла – ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’.Выводы. Высокоинтенсивными сортами по признакам урожайности и массы 1000 семян в зонах Степи, Лесостепи и Полесья являлись ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ и ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, по содержанию белка – сорта ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ и ‘КЛІК КЛ’, по содержанию масла – сорта ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ и ‘Сандер’. Оценка пластичности и стабильности сортов рапса, которые были внесены в Государственный реестр сортов растений, пригодных к распространению в Украине, позволяет выделить сорта, которые принадлежат к интенсивному типу. По результатам исследований выявлено сорта, которые способны успешно адаптироваться к лимитирующим факторам окружающей среды и стрессовых явлений в различных почвенно-климатических зонах. | Мета. Вивчити стабільність і пластичність, за якими оцінюють потенціал адаптивності сортів ріпака ярого в умовах Степу, Лісостепу та Полісся, а також виокремити серед них найбільш екологічно пластичні сорти.Методи. Польовий, лабораторний, аналітичний та статистичний.Результати. Було досліджено 7 сортів ріпака ярого, внесених до Державного реєстру сортів рослин, придатних для поширення в Україні, за показниками пластичності та стабільності ознак урожайності, маси 1000 насінин, умісту білка та олії. За ознакою врожайності з-поміж досліджуваних сортів було виділено високопластичні інтенсивні сорти ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’, що здатні відповідно реагувати на зміну умов вирощування. До інтенсивних сортів за ознакою маси 1000 насінин належали сорти ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ та ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’. Сорт ‘Сандер’ також виявився високопластичним за цією ознакою. Сорти ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’ за ознакою вмісту білка належали до сортів інтенсивного типу, що здатні поєднувати досить високі значення досліджуваної ознаки з її стабільністю у мінливих умовах. Сорт ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, який виявися низькопластичним, мав достатньо низьке позитивне значення середнього групового відхилення коефіцієнта стабільності реакції, тому його можна віднести до широко адаптованих генотипів. За ознакою вмісту олії до високопластичних інтенсивних сортів належали сорти ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’. Високою стабільністю за врожайністю характеризувались сорти ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’, за масою 1000 насінин – сорти ‘Аксана’, ‘Сандер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’. Високостабільними за ознакою вмісту білка виявились сорти ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’, за вмістом олії – ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’.Висновки. Високоінтенсивними сортами за ознаками врожайності та маси 1000 насінин у зонах Степу, Лісостепу та Полісся були ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’ та ‘ДК 7150 КЛ’, за вмістом білка – сорти ‘Аксана’, ‘Білдер’ та ‘КЛІК КЛ’, за вмістом олії – сорти ‘ДК 7160 КЛ’, ‘ДК 7175 КЛ’ та ‘Сандер’. Оцінювання пластичності та стабільності сортів ріпака, які були внесені в Державний реєстр сортів рослин, придатних до поширення в Україні, дозволяє виділити сорти, що належать до інтенсивного типу. За результатами досліджень виявлено сорти, що здатні успішно адаптуватися до лімітуючих факторів навколишнього середовища і стресових явищ у різних ґрунтово-кліматичних зонах.

Morphological descriptions were carried out in accordance with the Atlas of morphological features of rose varieties (Rosa L.) (2009) and the Illustrated Guide to Flowering Plant Morphology (2004). Results. The morphological features of the leaves of English rose varieties were determined. Quantitative (length of complex leaf, number of leaf plates, area of leaflet, total leaf area) and qualitative (leaflet shape, leaflet edge shape, leaflet base shape, leaflet tip) were studied. Varieties of English roses that have maximum and minimum values for these indicators were highlighted. Conclusions. The morphological features were revealed and the biometric indicators of the leaves of English roses from the collection of the State Dendrological Park “Alexandria” NAS of Ukraine were determined. The amplitude of variability of morphological characters of the studied varieties was determined. Peculiarities of the morphological structure and biometric parameters of leaves of English rose varieties can be diagnostic signs for determining varieties within the boundaries of the species. Plants with increased photosynthetic productivity of the leaf apparatus, which is characteristic of the ‘James Galway’ and ‘A Shropshire Lad’ varieties, have an advantage in landscaping.

Результаты. Определены морфологические особенности листьев сортов английских роз. Изучены количественные (длина сложного листа, количество листовых пластинок, площадь листовой пластинки, общая площадь листа) и качественные (форма листовой пластинки, форма края листовой пластинки, форма основания листовой пластинки, форма верхушки листовой пластинки) показатели. Выделены сорта английских роз, которые имеют максимальные и минимальные значения по этим показателям. Выводы. Установлены морфологические особенности и определены биометрические показатели листов английских роз из коллекции Государственного дендрологического парка «Александрия» НАН Украины. Определена амплитуда изменчивости морфологических признаков исследуемых сортов. Особенности морфологического строения и биометрических параметров листов растений сортов английских роз могут быть диагностическими признаками для определения сортов в границах вида. Для озеленения преимущество имеют растения с увеличенной фотосинтетической продуктивностью листового аппарата, что является характерным для сортов ‘James Galway’ и ‘A Shropshire Lad’. | Мета. Виділено сорти англійських троянд, які мають максимальні та мінімальні значення за цими показниками.Висновки. Виявлено морфологічні особливості та визначено біометричні показники листків англійських троянд з колекції Державного дендрологічного парку «Олександрія» НАН України. Встановлено амплітуду мінливості морфологічних ознак досліджуваних сортів. Особливості морфологічної будови та біометричних параметрів листків рослин сортів англійських троянд можуть бути діагностичними ознаками для визначення сортів у межах виду. В озелененні переважають рослини із збільшеною фотосинтетичною продуктивністю листкового апарату, яка властива сортам ‘James Galway’ та ‘A Shropshire Lad’.

Purpose. Identifying the features of the seasonal growth rhythm, development of the plants, morphological and biological differences in monoecious introduced and domestic varieties of Cannabis sativa L. in the North-east region of Ukraine. Methods. The research was conducted from 2014 till 2019. The following research methods were employed: field (phenological observations, sampling for laboratory analysis), microscopic (study of the morphological structure of glandular and cystolithic hairs on vegetative and generative organs, determination of the size and density of hair formation), laboratory and analytical (determination of the content of cannabinoid substances by thin layer and gas-liquid chromatography), biomorphological me­thods (analysis of morphological characteristics of plants). Chemical analysis for the content of cannabinoid substan­ces was carried out in the laboratory of the breeding and seed production department of the Institute of Bast Crops of the NAAS of Ukraine (Glukhiv, 2014–2019). The content of neutral substances [cannabinol (CBN), cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)] and acids (CBDA, THCA) was determined by using a thin layer chromatography (TLC) and gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) methods. For the study, 11 monoecious varieties of C. sativa: ‘YuSO 1’, ‘YuSO 31’, ‘Hliana’, ‘Viktoriia’, ‘Hlesiia’, ‘Hlukhivskyi 46’, ‘Hlukhivski 51’, ‘Zoloto­niski 15’ and 3 introduced varieties: ‘Fedora 17’, ‘Felina 32’, ‘Futura 77’ (France) which differed among themselves in morphological, biological, genetic, ecological-geographical and economically valuable characteristics were selected. Results. Biological and morphological characteristics of modern monoecious varieties of C. sativa were investigated depending on the ecological and geographical zones of origin, conditions of the growing season and the stage of ontogenesis. The functional interdependence between the formation of specialized excretory structures and the content of cannabinoid substances in plants of different varieties of C. sa­tiva  was revealed. The following promising varieties of C. sativa in a ration of ((THC + CBN) ≤ CBD) point the possibility to use them as the source material for creating the medicinal varie­ties of plants with a high content of CBD. Conclusions. Nowadays C. sativa is the main source of phyto material for industrial production of natural CBD. In recent years, high-yielding varieties of C. sativa have been created, which, together with high commercially valuable traits, did not contain psychoactive THC and had an insignificant amount of CBD. The results of the research indicated the features of the seasonal growth rhythm, development of the plants and the morphological and biological features of modern monoecious introduced and domestic varieties of C. sativa in the North-east region of Ukraine. The low correlation between the content of cannabinoid substances and their acids in varieties, which are cha­racterized by the low content of cannabinoid compounds was established. According to the developed own classification (THC + KBN): CBD, varieties with a predominant CBD content ‘Hlukhivskyi 46’, ‘Zolotoniski 15’, ‘Hliana’ which are of significant medicinal value were identified.

Purpose. Identifying the features of the seasonal growth rhythm, development of the plants, morphological and biological differences in monoecious introduced and domestic varieties of Cannabis sativa L. in the North-east region of Ukraine.Methods. The research was conducted from 2014 till 2019. The following research methods were employed: field (phenological observations, sampling for laboratory analysis), microscopic (study of the morphological structure of glandular and cystolithic hairs on vegetative and generative organs, determination of the size and density of hair formation), laboratory and analytical (determination of the content of cannabinoid substances by thin layer and gas-liquid chromatography), biomorphological me­thods (analysis of morphological characteristics of plants). Chemical analysis for the content of cannabinoid substan­ces was carried out in the laboratory of the breeding and seed production department of the Institute of Bast Crops of the NAAS of Ukraine (Glukhiv, 2014–2019). The content of neutral substances [cannabinol (CBN), cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)] and acids (CBDA, THCA) was determined by using a thin layer chromatography (TLC) and gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) methods. For the study, 11 monoecious varieties of C. sativa: ‘YuSO 1’, ‘YuSO 31’, ‘Hliana’, ‘Viktoriia’, ‘Hlesiia’, ‘Hlukhivskyi 46’, ‘Hlukhivski 51’, ‘Zoloto­niski 15’ and 3 introduced varieties: ‘Fedora 17’, ‘Felina 32’, ‘Futura 77’ (France) which differed among themselves in morphological, biological, genetic, ecological-geographical and economically valuable characteristics were selected.Results. Biological and morphological characteristics of modern monoecious varieties of C. sativa were investigated depending on the ecological and geographical zones of origin, conditions of the growing season and the stage of ontogenesis. The functional interdependence between the formation of specialized excretory structures and the content of cannabinoid substances in plants of different varieties of C. sa­tiva  was revealed. The following promising varieties of C. sativa in a ration of ((THC + CBN) ≤ CBD) point the possibility to use them as the source material for creating the medicinal varie­ties of plants with a high content of CBD.Conclusions. Nowadays C. sativa is the main source of phyto material for industrial production of natural CBD. In recent years, high-yielding varieties of C. sativa have been created, which, together with high commercially valuable traits, did not contain psychoactive THC and had an insignificant amount of CBD. The results of the research indicated the features of the seasonal growth rhythm, development of the plants and the morphological and biological features of modern monoecious introduced and domestic varieties of C. sativa in the North-east region of Ukraine. The low correlation between the content of cannabinoid substances and their acids in varieties, which are cha­racterized by the low content of cannabinoid compounds was established. According to the developed own classification (THC + KBN): CBD, varieties with a predominant CBD content ‘Hlukhivskyi 46’, ‘Zolotoniski 15’, ‘Hliana’ which are of significant medicinal value were identified. | Мета. Установити особливості сезонного ритму росту й розвитку рослин та морфобіологічні відмітності в однодом­них вітчизняних та інтродукованих сортів Cannabis sativa L. в умовах Північного Сходу України.Методи. Дослідження проводили впродовж 2014–2019 рр. Застосовували польові (фенологічні спостереження, добір зразків для лабораторного аналізу), мікроскопічні (дослідження морфологічної будови залозистих і цистолітових волосків на вегетативних та генеративних органах, визначення розміру й густоти формування волосків), лабораторно-аналітичні (визначення вмісту канабіноїдних речовин методами тонкошарової та газорідинної хроматографії) та біоморфологічні методи (аналіз морфологічних ознак рослин). Хімічний аналіз на вміст канабіноїдних речовин проводили в лабораторії відділу селекції та насінництва Інституту луб’яних культур НААН України (м. Глухів, 2014–2019 рр.). Уміст нейтральних речовин [канабінол – КБН, канабідіол – КБД та тетрагідроканабінол – ТГК і кислот (канабідіолової та тетрагідроканабінолової)] визначали з використанням методів тонкошарової та газорідинної хроматографії. Досліджували 11 однодомних сортів C. sativa, які різнилися за морфологічними, біологічними, генетичними, еколого-географічними і господарсько-цінними ознаками: ‘ЮСО 1’, ‘ЮСО 31’, ‘Гляна’, ‘Вікторія’, ‘Глесія’, ‘Глухівський 46’, ‘Глухівські 51’, ‘Золотоніські 15’, а також інтродуковані ‘Fedora 17’, ‘Felina 32’, ‘Futura 77’ (країна походження – Франція).Результати. Досліджено морфобіологічні особливості рослин сучасних однодомних сортів C. sativa залежно від еколого-географічних зон походження, умов вегетаційного періоду та етапу онтогенезу. Установлено функціональну взаємозалежність між формуванням спеціалізованих видільних структур та вмістом канабіноїдних речовин у рослин різних сортів культури. Виокремлено перспективні сорти C. sativa за співвідношенням [(ТГК + КБН) ≤ КБД], що свідчить про можливість використання їх як вихідного матеріалу для створення сортів з підвищеним умістом КБД.Висновки. Сьогодні рослини C. sativa є основною фітосировиною для отримання в промислових масштабах природного КБД. За останні роки створено високоврожайні сорти культури, які характеризуються не тільки високими господарсько-цінними ознаками, але й не містять психоактивного ТГК та мають незначну кількість КБД. Установлено особливості сезонного ритму росту й розвитку рослин та морфобіологічні відмітності сучасних однодомних вітчизняних та інтродукованих сортів C. sativa в умовах Північного Сходу України. Виявлено низький коефіцієнт кореляції між умістом нейтральних речовин та кислот у сортів, які характеризуються невисоким умістом канабіноїдних сполук. За розробленою власною класифікацією (ТГК + КБН) : КБД визначено сорти з переважальним умістом КБД – ‘Глухівський 46’, ‘Золотоніські 15’, ‘Гляна’, які мають значну лікарську цінність.

To establish the optimal seeding time and depth of ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ and ‘Vinets’ sorghum varieties, to prove their effect on the crop photosynthetic capacity in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Methods. Field, laboratory, comparative, analytical, generalizing, mathematical and statistical. Results. It was proved that the best results of crop photosynthetic capacity of sorghum were obtained by sowing in the first decade of May (the second sowing period) at a seeding depth of 4–6 cm. Accordingly, the leaf surface area in these variants reached its maximum during the “panicle-blooming” period and equated 36.13–38.81 thousand m2/ha for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety and 34.23–36.91 thousand m2/ha for the ‘Vinets’ variety. By sowing seeds in the third decade of April (the first sowing period) at the seedining depth values described above the leaf surface area of the varieties was slightly smaller and amounted to 29.56–31.20 thousand m2/ha for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety and 27.76–29.40 thousand m2/ha for the ‘Vinets’ variety. By sowing seeds in the second decade of May (the third sowing period), the leaf surface area was 30.68–32.92 thousand m2/ha for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety and 29.08–31.32 thousand m2/ha for the ‘Vinets’ variety. The highest photosynthetic potential was obtained for sorghum plants in the second sowing period at the seeding depth of 4–6 cm and was 1.27 and 1.34 million m2/ha for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety and 1.16 and 1.22 million m2/ha for the variety ‘Vinets’. In the first sowing period, this indicator was slightly lower and amounted to 1.18 and 1.23 million m2/ha for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety and 0.98 and 1.02 million m2/ha for the ‘Vinets’ variety respectively. In the third sowing period, it was the smallest one and equated 1.09 and 1.13 million m2/ha for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety, and 0.88 and 0.93 million m2/ha for the ‘Vinets’ variety at the optimal seeding depth. The photosynthetic potential was lower at the seeding depth of 2 and 8 cm, which is explained by the different soil and climatic parameters during a certain period of sorghum plant vegetation. The highest value of the photosynthetic capacity net indicator was obtained by sowing seeds at the optimal time and the optimal seeding depth and it equated 3.84–4.02 g/m2 per day for the ‘Dniprovskyi 39’ variety and 3.79 – 3.98 g/m2 per day for the ‘Vinets’ variety. Conclusions. It has been established that the sorghum plants had better vegetation and formed photosynthetic capacity by sowing seeds in the first decade of May at the planting depth of 4–6 cm, which we recommend for growing this crop in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.

Полевой, лабораторный, сравнительный, аналитический, обобщающий, математически-статистический.Результаты. Наилучшие результаты фотосинтетической продуктивности посевов сорго зернового получены во время сева в I декаде мая (второй срок) на глубине заделки семян 4–6 см. Соответственно, площадь листовой поверхности в этих вариантах в период «выбрасывания метелки–цветения» достигала максимума и составляла 36,13–38,81 тыс. м2/га у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ и 34,23 – 36,91 тыс. м2/га у сорта ‘Вінець’. При севе семян в III декаде апреля (первый срок) при вышеуказанных значениях глубины заделки площадь листовой поверхнос­ти у сортов была несколько меньше и составляла 29,56–31,20 тыс. м2/га у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ и 27,76–29,40 тыс. м2/га у сорта ‘Вінець’. При севе семян во II декаде мая (третий срок) площадь листовой поверхности составляла 30,68–32,92 тыс. м2/га у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ и 29,08–31,32 тыс. м2/га у сорта ‘Вінець’. Фотосинтетический потенциал был самым высоким в растениях сорго зернового во втором сроке сева семян на глубине заделки 4–6 см и составлял 1,27 и 1,34 млн м2/га у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ и 1,16 и 1,22 млн м2/га у сорта ‘Вінець’. В первом сроке сева этот показатель был несколько ниже и составлял 1,18 и 1,23 млн м2/га у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ и 0,98 и 1,02 млн м2/га у сорта ‘Вінець’, соответственно. В третьем сроке сева он был самым низким, у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ этот показатель составлял 1,09 и 1,13 млн м2/га, у сорта ‘Вінець’ – 0,88 и 0,93 млн м2/га при оптимальных значениях глубины заделки семян. На глубине заделки семян 2 и 8 см фотосинтетический потенциал был ниже, что объясняют различными почвенно-климатическими условиями в определенный период развития растений сорго. Наивысшее значение показателя чистой продуктивности фотосинтеза было получено при севе семян в оптимальные сроки и оптимальной глубине заделки семян и составляло 3,84–4,02 г/м2 в сутки у сорта ‘Дніпровський 39’ и 3,79–3,98 г/м2 в сутки у сорта ‘Вінець’, соответственно.Выводы. Лучше развивались и формировали фотосинтетическую продуктивность растения сорго зернового при севе семян в первой декаде мая на глубине заделки 4–6 см, которые и рекомендованы для выращивания данной культуры в Правобережной Лесостепи Украины. | Мета. Встановити оптимальні строки сівби та глибину загортання насіння сорго зернового сортів ‘Дніпровський 39’ та ‘Вінець’, обґрунтувати їхній вплив на фотосинтетичну продуктивність посівів в умовах Правобережного Лісостепу України. Методи. Польовий, лабораторний, порівняльний, аналітичний, узагальнюючий, математично-статистичний. Результати. Найкращі результати фотосинтетичної продуктивності посівів сорго зернового отримано за сівби у  І декаді травня (другий строк) на глибину загортання насіння 4–6 см. Відповідно, площа листкової поверхні за цих факторів у період «викидання волоті – цвітіння» сягала максимуму і дорівнювала 36,13–38,81 тис. м2/га у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’ та 34,23–36,91 тис. м2/га у сорту ‘Вінець’. За сівби насіння у ІІІ декаді квітня (перший строк) за таких самих значень глибини загортання площа листкової поверхні у сортів була дещо меншою і становила 29,56–31,20 тис. м2/га у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’ та 27,76–29,40 тис. м2/га у сорту ‘Вінець’. За сівби насіння у ІІ декаді травня (третій строк) площа листкової поверхні дорівнювала 30,68–32,92 тис. м2/га у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’ та 29,08–31,32 тис. м2/га у сорту ‘Вінець’. Фотосинтетичний потенціал був найвищим у рослин сорго зернового за ІІ строку сівби насіння та глибини загортання 4–6 см й дорівнював 1,27 та 1,34 млн м2/га у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’ і 1,16 та 1,22 млн м2/га у сорту ‘Вінець’. За І строку сівби цей показник був дещо меншим і відповідно становив 1,18 та 1,23 млн м2/га у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’ й 0,98 і 1,02 млн м2/га у сорту ‘Вінець’. За ІІІ строку сівби він був найменшим та у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’ дорівнював 1,09 і 1,13 млн м2/га, у сорту ‘Вінець’ 0,88 і 0,93 млн м2/га за оптимальних значень глибини загортання насіння. За глибини загортання насіння 2 та 8 см фотосинтетичний потенціал був нижчим, що пояснюють різними ґрунтово-кліматичними умовами у певний період розвитку рослин сорго. Найбільше значення показника чистої продуктивності фотосинтезу було отримано за сівби насіння в оптимальні строки та за оптимальної глибини загортання насіння і становило у сорту ‘Дніпровський 39’, відповідно, 3,84–4,02 г/м2 за добу, у сорту ‘Вінець’ 3,79–3,98 г/м2 за добу.Висновки. Найкраще розвивались та формували фотосинтетичну продуктивність рослини сорго зернового за сівби насіння у першій декаді травня на глибину загортання 4–6 см, які й рекомендовано для вирощування даної культури в Правобережному Лісостепу України.
