Recovery of interstitial water by means of different methods induce some problems like the quantity of water needed for analyse and the alteration of the water quality during the extraction processus. The tested methods, squeezing and centrifugation are among the most used in laboratory. The study of factors affecting the water quality focuse on the contamination induced by the materials used for the extraction, the influence of extraction time, the effect of extraction conditions under air or nitrogen atmosphere. The results show advantages and disadvantages of each method, squeezing extraction and high speed centrifugation appearing to be more suitable and provinding rather closed results. | L'obtention d'eau interstitielle par diverses méthodes pose le problème des quantités d'eau à recueillir pour analyse et d'altération de la qualité de cette eau au cours des phases d'extraction. Les méthodes testées, pressage et centrifugation figurent parmi les plus courantes dans le domaine du laboratoire. L'étude des facteurs à l'origine des modifications qualitatives des eaux porte sur les matériaux constitutifs des appareils utilisés, l'influence des temps d'extraction, l'effet des conditions d'extraction à l'air et sous azote. Les résultats mettent en évidence les avantages et les inconvénients de chaque méthode, les extractions par pressage et centrifugation grande vitesse paraissent mieux appropriées et fournissant des résultats assez proches.
