Parvaresh, Hosein | Dehghani, Mohsen | Nohe-gar, Ahmad
Ecological capability evaluation and landuse planning can determine the best landuses and are important for the proper planning and sustainable development. There are various methods for ecological capability evaluation. In this research have been studied two methods (Land use planning method with Makhdoom ecological modsels) and (Geomorphology method) for ecological capability evaluation in Nesa watershed. This region is located in Hajiabad district of Homrmozgan Province. These methods have been compard. Results show that these two methods are relatively similar for this watershed and landuses for the most of this region are poor range management and conservation. According to Geomorphology method, 60% of this watershed is suitable for conservation and 50% of this watershed is suitable for poor range management, also according to Land use planning method method, 55% of this watershed is suitable for conservation and 47% of this watershed is suitable for poor range management. Ahmadi Foroushani, Seyed Mansour | Mahmoudi, Seyed Mohammad
Sixty-year history of Town and Country Planning in the world, raised a fundamental question: why following the successful models in the process of Town and Country Planning don’t have always similar results? Whether, the origin of differences and ambiguities are not in the boundaries, interrelation among the levels of decision making, policy making, uncontrollable democracy in land ownership, irrational use of land, programs instability and lack of appropriate development patterns, irrational zoning, or in a word in the execution of land administration? The principle aim of this research is to evaluate the role and importance of land administration in the realization of goals and programs to improve Town and Country Planning. In this study we have used mainly descriptive and analytical methods, we have found to the conclusion that the land administration is the most fundamental precondition for implement policies, plans and programs in Town and Country Planning, at the extend of territory. The experiences which has been obtained from the leading countries in the field of Town and Country Planning, also shows that land administration and its role is very important, because that, independent of the all way views and of the pre-determined policy, it depends, before anything, else on how to managing, planning and land use, as the most important actions and evolutions of the Town and Country Planning.

Ardakani, Tahere | Dane-kar, Afshin | Erfani, Malihe
Every time a visitor sets foot in an ecotourism site, he/she causes a negative impact. this is an unavoidable fact. an ecotourism program initiates many public use activities that will have impacts ,both positive and negative. an Ecotourism Management Plan seeks to minimize the negative impacts.therefore monitoring and managing of visitor impacts are fundamental ecotourism management strategies. If you do not know what effects your ecotourism activities are having on the sites natural environment and the surrounding communities, then you cannot say that you are successful. Monitoring costs General Management Plan and requires trained personnel and assistance of interested stakeholders. The first methods developed to address tourism impacts evolved from the concept of carrying capacity. the more simple concept of carrying capacity-limiting numbers of visitors- can sometimes be used as a solution for mitigating impacts in restricted, small-scale situations .in the survey ,disrupting objects, such as carrying capacity and monitoring of visitors activities.

EIA is one of the acceptable ways for achieving sustainable development goals and as programming tools, it can define potential environmental impact that appears due to executing development projects, and select logical alternatives for solving them. The objective of this study is environmental impact assessment of Ghameshloo highway on Ghameshloo wildlife refugee condition that is located in Isfehan province. At firs by librarian researches we achieved real recognition of environment of area and the identification of all activities in construction and exploitation stage was implemented by literature reviews of project. Finally ICOLD matrix and checklist method was selected for EIA. The result of research shows that by paying attention to crossing this highway from Ghameshloo wildlife refugee and destroying the environment, the implementing of this plan is rejected. The total Values of plan are +182 and -682. According to being more negative impact (353) in biological environment, this environment incurs a loss more negative impacts from implementing this plan, Social environment with 95 values receives less negative impact

2010
Nasiri, Alireza | CHehraghani, Abolghasem
Nowadays, spatial spread balance in resources and utilities between cities is one of government aims. Utilities spreading balance is binded to their sites in order to all people can access them easily. On the other side, Land Surveying's main goal is regulating human activities in national environment to reach rational exploitation of resources and land capabilities. This goal could be accessed via GIS and its ability in various contexts. In this paper, we focused on spatial spread of Gas industry infrastructures, especially CNG stations in Qom province. First, we evaluated existing CNG cites. We designed special questionnaire containing questions about CNG station's quality, quantity, spatial and services. The forms were filled with drivers and we analyzed them. Also we used GIS to implement CNG cite standards and analyzed existing stations. Also we determined optimal places for CNG station using GIS. Our model includes AHP for weighting layers, a way that uses comparative methods for weighting, and Index Overlay for combining layers with AHP weights. Finally, we categorized Qom province in six categories ranging "Very Unsuitable Sites" to "Very Suitable Cites" for CNG station.
