Effect of foliar application of zinc and iron on chlorophyll and micronutrient contents of acidlime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle)

The total chlorophyll content in the leaves increased with 0.5% cent ZnSO4 and 0.5 as well as 1.0% FeSO4. The combination of 0.5% ZnSO4 x 0.5% FeSO4 also increased the total chlorophyll considerably. The zinc and ferrous contents increased effectively with 0.5 as well as 1.0% ZnSO4 and 0.5% FeSO4. However, 1.0% FeSO4 refused the zinc content remarkably; while, the ferrous content remained unchanged
