Observations were made on 117 normal parturient buffaloes to study the effect of rate of involution of uterus and other factors on postpartum fertility. The rate of involution of uterus, birth weight and sex of calf, gestation length, lactation number and gravidity of uterine horn had non-significant effect on days to first postpartum estrus, service period and services per conception
