Forty two pigs were used to study effect of DL-methionine and L-lysine supplementation to corn-soybean oil meal rations for growing and fattening swine. Corn-soybean oil meal rations were mixed with 16, 14, and 12% level of crude protein. DL-methionine and L-lysine supplementation to corn-soybean oil meal rations of the normal crude protein level was not effective but was effective in the low crude protein level of the ration. DL-methionine and L-lysine supplementation to corn soybean oil meal ration of 14% level of crude protein was similar results in gaining of body weight as pigs fed the ration of 16% level of crude protein and the feed efficiency was in gaining of body weight as pigs fed the ration of 16% level of crude protein and the feed efficiency was increased
