The highest weight of meat, fat with skin, and bones was obtained with carcasses of the oldest birds. With the age of ducks there was an increase in the carcass meat content and a decrease in the bone content. The male carcasses were characterized by a significantly higher weight of meat and bones. The percentage share of fat with skin and meat appeared higher in female carcasses and the percentage content of bones was higher in male carcasses
