The objective of this study was to employ the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting antibody titers against Brucellosis in cattles. A total of 382 sera collected from vaccinated and non vaccinated animals were tested and compared with results from standard tube agglutination test (STAT). Most of the sera gave higher titers when tested by ELISA than the STAT. The results tested by ELISA reduced a number of suspicious and negative animals. There was still a good correlation in group of positive sera in both of the two tests. The ELISA was more effective in the animals differentiation of suspicious and negative than the STAT
