The investigation was done in a laboratory conditions. There were used the bean seed of the "Biser" variety and mineral fertilizers : urea (46 % N), superphosphate (17 % P2O5) and potassium salt (40 % K2O). The next conclusions were made according to gotten results : greater quantity of PK and NPK fertilizers applied in the same row with seed mainly decreased the energy of sprouting, seed germinateness, lenght and mass of root, hypocotyl and epicotyl of bean. The smaller doses of PK and NPK fertilizers affects the increasement of these seed characteristics. The positive effect on cotyledon mass was in application of NPK and negative in application of PK fertilizers. In the soil with great moisture content the concentration of water solution fertilizers was decreased.
