It was investigated the influence of some technological characteristics on results of milk production at the farms which belong to the composite organization of associated labour of agricultural plant Belgrade "PKB" (SFRY). The investigation was conducted during the period of 1976 to 1980. The following conclusions are: There is a high degree of variability of examined indicators (the number of calves to 100 cows a year, weight of accreted calves and their weight gain increase, the percentage of losses of calves and the percentage of culled cows) among different farms. The characteristics and intensity of their influence to the results of production are different. By increasing the intensity of cow fertility to 1 is increased the economy to 0,12 - 0,33 index points. The value of production to 100 dinars of income increases from 0,7 to 5,7; the income per cow increases 80 to 440 dinars a year; the income per work hour increases 0,27 - 5,46 dinars; and the one year production of milk is increased from 7-13 litres per cow. When it is increased the weight of accreted calves and their weight gain increase per cow till definite limit, the results of production are improved. The increase of loss of calves from 1% causes the decrease of income for 51 to 160 dinars per cow a year. The increase of percentage of culled cows causes the decrease of economy from 0,14 to 0,81 index points, income per cow from 150 to 251 dinars a year, and the production of milk from 13 to 63 litres a year per cow. The improving of examined technological characteristics would be the source for improving the economic results.
