The results obtained from this investigation revealed that the highest average total gain in weight was observed with birds fed 50% corn while the lowest was observed with birds fed 50% sweet potato meal. The organoleptic evaluation scores for appearance, odor, flavor, texture and general acceptability were all subjected to statistical analysis and for all these characteristics were found to be non-significant. The highest net profit given by birds fed with corn was due to better weight gains of the birds
