The number of days from showing to emergence and the number of roots 15 days after emergence differed significantly among treatments. Seeds sown one week after extraction emerged earlier and gave the highest number of roots. Number of leaves, size of the biggest leaf, diameter of the stem, length of roots and fresh weight of seedlings were not significantly affected by the different treatments
