Stored wheat grain was monitored in the course of one year. Temperature at which the experiment was carried out was not controled. It changed depending on weather conditions. Technological grain quality with an initial moisture content of 15,4% stored at laboratory conditions improved until day 210 after which a drop in quality was recorded. Germination was normal and preserved during the entire experimental time. Technological grain quality with an initial moisture content of 19,1%, stored at airtight conditions improved until 60 days, after which a mild drop in quality occured, becoming distinct only after 210 days. Germination was slowed down and carried on to the 60th day of storage, after which it completely disappeared. Technological quality of grain with an initial moisture content of 19,7% improved up to 60 days of storage followed by decline in quality. Rapid decline in quality occured after 210 days. Germination was very much delayed and appeared up to 60 days of storage after which it quickly disappeared.
