[The level of several indices of the blood homeostasis in connection with the poultry proteinic metabolism]

From the study on the influence of the vacillations on the proteinic material exchange in the flocks of laying hens, it emerged that the level of the uric acid is higher than normal in 60% of the analysed flocks; general cholesterol is higher in 30% and the general proteins are higher in 90% of them. Thus, the direct dependence between the raw proteins level in the food ration and uric acid increase in the plasm and the decrease of general cholesterol is proved
