Effects of planting system on the growth and yield of lowland potato in Bacnotan, La Union [Philippines]

Result of the study revealed that Treatment A (LDR-75-50 x 30) had significantly produced the heaviest marketable tubers over treatment B (MDR-75-75 x 30) and treatment D (SSR-75-75 x 30). However, it was statistically comparable to other treatments. All other parameters measured did not vary significantly. Moreover, specific gravity of tubers was not altered by the system of planting.
