Economic and organization conditions of poultry production

The development of poultry production in Poland in the seventies is discussed and the economic conditions in the particular subperiods are analysed. In 1986 for the first time the economic situation of poultry breeding underwent a change and may bring a decreased profitability of feedlot poultry breeding. In case of reduction of subsidies to maintain profitability lowering costs of production both on the side of producers as well as production organizers, which is not possible to achieve under the present contitions, is required
