Influence of different fertilizers on the technical-technological characteristics of soybean grain and chemical characteristics of soybean oil

It has been found that, when applying mineral fertilizers in soybean cultivation, the fertilizer containing only the nitrogen component has the best effect on the technical and technological properties of the seed, as well as on the quantity and composition of the produced oil, because in that case the grain has a uniform average diameter, the 1,000 seed weight is the greatest and the seed quality is the best, the extracted oil content is the highest and of the best quality, having the highest linoleic acid content of 63% and the lowest linoleic acid content of 4% and not causing the increase in the content of unsaponifiable matters and phosphatides which have to be removed during oil refinement.
