[Effect of female rabbits isoimmunization with homologous spermatozoids and seminal plasma upon transportation and distribution of spermatozoids]

With control and immunized female rabbits there has been investigated the distribution of spermatozoids at the 1st, 2nd and 12th hour after the intravaginal insemination. In rabbits immunized with spermatozoids, the number of spermatozoids reduces in the oviduct only 2 hours after the insemination. 10 hours later their number reduces in the anterior part of uterus, as well. After the immunization with seminal plasma the number of spermatozoids reduces in the anterior part of uterus 2 hours after the insemination and also in the anterior part of the vagina, cervix, uterus and oviduct 10 hours later. With the immunized rabbits the number of spermatozoids on the surface of ovocytes is significantly lower than with the control animals.
