The present investigation aimed mainly at providing necessary information about the interaction between four viruses affecting cucurbits. Controlled infection experiments with squash mosaic virus (CMV), alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV) and ascalepies mosaic virus (ASMV) on Eskandarany squash plants have shown that early infection (in relation to plant size) will significantly reduce yields of marketable squash fruits.
