Results of this study could be summarized in the following points: The fruit peel and core contained the lowest milligrams of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, sodium, calcium, iron, copper and zinc while the pulp contained the highest milligrams of those elements. No significant differences in the content of these elements, were found between the fruit peel and core, except for zinc. Milligrams of magnesium were statistically high in the peel, intermediate in the pulp and low in the core. Manganese content per each of the three fruit parts was nearly the same.
