Amman-Balqa region has 139 farms which contribute 75 % of Jordan's dairy farms and produce about 61 % of Jordan's dairy products. This study aims at the following objectives: to carry-out an economic analysis and estimation of the cost functions of milk production by using different econometric models to determine the economic sizes of the farms as well as their economic capacity which fulfills economic efficiency and maximization of profits; to carry-out a financial feasibility study for a proposed Dairy Fresh Milk Project. Some of the results indicated that the number of heads achieving economic efficiency was about 385 with a productive capacity of about 178 milking cattle, producing annually about 780 tons of milk with an average total cost of about 170.37 JD/ton. Moreover, the results of the financial feasibility study of the proposed project without obtaining a loan, showed that IRR reached about 14.42 % and B/c ration was about 1.075. However, in the case of obtaining a loan IRR showed to be about 16.65 % as B/c ration was about 1.066
