The marked decrease in ammonia volatilization was gained in joint application of amidic nitrogen with hexaamidocyclotriphosphazene (HACTP) onto the soil surface. The significantly increased content of mineral nitrogen in the soil, which surface was dressed with DAM 390 with HACTP, lead to a higher accumulation of nitrogen in the dry matter of above-ground parts of cultivated maize. The results suggest that at application of fertilizers, containing amidic nitrogen with HACTP, their application rates could be reduced without limitation of nitrogenous nutrition of plants.
