The author's intention was to propose an objective technique of monitoring the economic process of manufacture of different final products. To elucidate the major dependences, the characteristics of the process of livestock production are shown in continuity with the closed contents of activities in agriculture. The main factor that disturbs the objectification of economic evaluation of the different final livestock products is the duplicity of counting the intermediate product. Attention is drawn to the problems of calculations concerning both the intermediate products generated by the farm (enterprise) itself as well as the purchased ones. The final economic results are also influenced by reckoning with the proceeds and costs associated with the dung. There is one specific problem appertaining to the purchased intermediate product: reckoning with the costs of the feed mixtures when the grain produced on the farm itself is administered to the livestock. A methodical approach associated with the monitoring of the different final products is suggested in the conclusion and a practical example is added.
