The aim of this study is to know the effect of mixed infection (Haemonchus contortus + Osteragia circumcincta) and a single infection of H. contortus on the production efficiency and meat quality produced from awassi lamb. The two types of infection lead to decrease in: dry concentrated feed intake during the first month of infection, daily body weighting, level of blood haemoglobin and pack cell volume, cold and hot carcass weight, killing out percentage of protein and fat of the mixed meat and fat; and increase in: the worm egg count, pH-value of abomasal content, percentage of protein of liver and pH-value of longissimus dorsi muscle
