This study was carried out in order to find out the effect of each, the PGF2 and the oxytocin on the ram semen following their injection to the rams or addition to the semen. The result of this study indicate that the PGF2 and oxytocin have a positive effect on the semen quality, whether they have been injected to the rams or added to the diluted semen
