[Effect of temperature and time on the relative concentration of potato leafroll virus in sebago potato]

Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect PLRV in Cv. sebago to investigate the relative concentration of the virus in plants of Cv. sebago grown in greenhouse for varying periods of time under different temperature conditions. The results indicate an increase in virus concentration during the first month and then a decrease as the plant matures, also it was found the highest absorbance value at 19 deg C, 30 days after planting and the lowest average absorbance value at 32 deg C and 85 days after planting
