Results of the study revealed that there are twelve activities in the Upper Angat [Philippines] watershed management district being managed under the multiple-use management concept. These are as follows: Watershed, Forest Protection, Forest Resources Management, Minor Forest Production, Reforestation, Range, Wildlife, National Parks, Recreation, Mineral Exploitation, Forestry Extension and Infrastructure, and Engineering. Lack of employment and funds as well as shortage of vehicles and equipment are the common problems encountered in the implementation of the program. Ten major forest commodity groups of resource activities were considered to determine the compatibility and incompatibility of uses.
