Liquid milk delivery in Warsaw 1984-87 is analysed as an example of food delivery in an urban agglomeration. Optimization models of particular phases of delivery process are presented. To improve organization of food delivery in towns constructing and applying Multicriterial Decision Support Systems are recommended
