Electrolytes content was assayed in the blood serum of rats fed semisynthetic diet with variable addition of NaF for 1, 2, 4, and 6 month. Some disturbances of magnesium level (in particular during long-term experiment) and those of potassium at fluorine deficiency, were found. Transient disturbances of sodium, calcium and chlorides content in the serum were also observed. Phosphates content was most stable
