Changes of lipid content in the poplar shoots and callus tissue infected by Ceratocystis fimbriata

Five clones differing in the resistance to Ceratocystis fimbriata were used. Postinfectional changes in quantity and quality of lipids were stated. This statement may testify that the disturbance of integrity of membranes due to infection took place. These changes were greater then more susceptible to C. fimbriata was the investigated clone
