Effect of different nitrogen rates on the uptake and distribution of N, P, K, Mg in oat plants
1986
Wolska, E. | Wojcieska, U. (Instytut Uprawy Nawozenia i Gleboznawstwa, Pulawy (Poland))
Increasing nitrogen rates in pot experiment was found to increase biomass and grain yields of oats but up to a certain level only (2.4 g N/pot). The increase of N content due to N fertilization was lowest in the grain and highest in the culms. Higher nitrogen rates altered the distribution of P and K in oat plants. Mg content was found to increase in all organs along with increasing N rates
