Genotype of bean and susceptibility to the infection by Fusarium oxysporum Schl. f. phaseoli and other pathogenic fungi

The purpose of the investigation was to determine the influence of bean cultivation (cultivars Biala Wyborowa and Saba) on the health of plants and on the formation of fungi communities in the soil environments. Moreover, the investigations of susceptibility of analysed cultivars to the infection of Fusarium culmorum, F. oxysporum f. phaseoli, F. solani f. phaseoli, Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum have been carried out. The amount of free amino acids in root exudates, the amount of amino acids in protein of leaves and amount of carbohydrates fraction in leaves of cultivars Biala Wyborowa and Saba have been estimated in the laboratory tests
