The paper deals with the size, the organization, the quantity and species of processed planes, the productivity of work and prime costs eight mechanized timber stores in Slovenia (Yugoslavia). The factors affecting productivity and prime costs in such mechanized timber stores, were studied in detail. The costs are listed according to individual operations and elements.
